We have been here a couple of times now and have enjoyed both experiences. We have done The Academy of Witchcraft and Wizardry both times since we love all things Harry Potter related. The escape room was tricky enough that it really had us thinking and scrambling a bit (especially the first time when we absolutely failed it hence our going back to try the same room a second time 馃槀). Only thing I would say against it is that it looks like it could use a really good cleaning job - everything just looks and feels a bit dusty/grungy but everything else about it has been wonderful

Could be better. Some wires broken for some puzzles. I did like that this escape room didn't just have a bunch of padlocks that didn't seem true to the theme like others I've been to. They are making some modifications. I would recommend updating everything even the beginning introduction. Fun ideas. Small rooms.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst escape room my group has ever experienced. We had seven adults and one child do the Grinched Room and it was a unanimous disappointment. The room was missing pieces that made it impossible to solve without cutting corners and the owner refused to take responsibility for the missing items that apparently another group took before us. How can you own a business and then not take accountability for a poor experience? It was also only 20 minutes which made it just a waste of time to go in the first place. I would highly recommend Red Door or Alcatraz for a much better experience. We won鈥檛 ever waste money here again. Avoid at all costs!!!! Reply: Despite the owners response, I didn鈥檛 ask for a full refund but they don鈥檛 offer any refunds at all. Multiple puzzle pieces were missing, five to be exact, making the room impossible to complete as intended (like I said). The gas lighting is unreal. What a terribly run company.

The room Malcolm鈥檚 Missing Millions was unique with puzzle solutions I had never seen before. We have done about 10 other escape rooms before this. Unfortunately, the game master left out a clue for us that was critical for solving multiple other puzzles throughout the room. Hints ended up being straight solutions instead of pointing us to one part of the room that would have explained the remaining parts we were confused about. This is a pretty big miss because MULTIPLE parts of the room relied on this one puzzle solved first and that was never explained or pointed out. It left us getting more and more frustrated and confused throughout the room because the solutions given had no rhyme or reason on how they could be obtained at the time. Edit: After speaking with the owner, they were willing to help accommodate for the concerns to show this was a one-off situation and not representative of what they鈥檇 expect anyone to experience!

This place has really gone downhill since our last visit. Our first time over a year ago was awesome. Everything was clean, and the experience was as expected. This time the place was a total mess - clearly not cleaned from the time before. We also had one of the locks in the room that wasn't engaged prior to starting, which enabled our curious kids to find clues and advance before we had got that point which was really confusing. There was a magnet that was used in our room that looked more like trash than a magnet, and just didn't feel like a part of the room. Get something that is obviously a magnet to be a magnet. I hope this place can revisit it's roots and get their entire act cleaned up a bit.
