Environment: Airborne Adventure Park is described as a "great place to take the kids or grandkids on a cold day," suggesting an indoor setting with a focus on active entertainment. While generally perceived positively for its activities, one reviewer noted concerns about the cleanliness of the restrooms, specifically mentioning they could have been mopped and sanitized better, and pointed out potential hygiene issues related to kids walking through puddles in mandatory trampoline socks and then using the equipment.

Services: The staff at Airborne Adventure Park are generally described as helpful and friendly. The park offers food services, with pizza being mentioned as good and reasonably priced. The primary activity appears to be trampoline-based, with additional "fun equipment" for climbing and other adventures implied. However, one negative experience involved security guards being perceived as extremely rude to young visitors regarding a requirement for glow shirts, resulting in the children being asked to leave and a negative overall experience for that family.

Features: A key feature of Airborne Adventure Park is its suitability for children and families looking for active indoor entertainment. The availability of food like reasonably priced pizza adds to the convenience for outings. While the staff is generally helpful, inconsistencies in customer service, particularly with security personnel, have been noted. The requirement for specific attire, such as glow shirts for certain activities, needs to be clearly communicated to avoid negative experiences. The potential hygiene concerns related to restroom usage and the subsequent use of play equipment are also a point to consider.

Great place to take the kids or grandkids on a cold day. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pizzas was good and reasonably priced. Restrooms could have been cleaner/mopped/sanitized. Think about kids in mandatory trampoline socks walking into the restroom through small puddles of??? It's a difficult situation, but those same socks that just walked through the restroom puddles, are now climbing over all the fun equipment. I don't have a solution, but I couldn't help noticing the flow of kids in and out of the restrooms. Especially since our table was near the restrooms.

My boys were really excited to go here only to have the “security” guards be extremely rude to them. They didn’t know they needed glow shirts, on top of already spending $35 for 2 hrs to jump. The security guards kicked these young kids out with a smirk and told them they would ban them. Bully behavior; we won’t ever be going back, after spending $140 for them to be bullied. Not thank you.

Not small kid friendly. We had a group of 11 including 3 that were under 4. We stayed in the ‘A’ area and first got told “there’s no sitting allowed” which is fine, so I stood up and held hands with my 2 year old so she wouldn’t continue to get trampled by the big kids (which continued happening and she was crying). I was then asked to leave for holding hands and gently bouncing with said 2 year old because “theres only one allowed per trampoline” so we ended up leaving an hour before our time was up. Huge waste of money.

Evrytime we go here the slides are closed the place is overstaffed at the counter like 3-4 people not doing anything and understaffed in the park 1 employee usually. If most the park is closed then charge half price. This is the 5th time in last year I've been here and slides have never been open.

It's typically pretty busy when I take my kid here, and she loves the place. It's normally clean, and it always has staff looking over to ensure safety. Great jump park
