Altitude Trampoline Park Mandeville

We had our daughters 10th bday party there 2 weeks ago. The party host was absolutely amazing! She went over and beyond for us! Even though we had booked the party last minute they were very accommodating. We booked the party for 1pm and it wasn't very packed at all. Our entire party had a wonderful time! If you're looking for place to have a child's party this is the place for you! It's very affordable. Thanks Altitude for everything! Our daughter had a great bday!

Membership package is the best way to go. My son loves coming constantly, worth it. Let the kids burn of energy and have a good time. The staff and management always friendly, and helpful to any questions.

Let me first start off by saying I have visited here several times over the past 6 months. I have a couple of teenage boys who love this place. Tonight we had a birthday party for my son and this place delivered. The service was exceptional and the hostess came to check on us multiple times. I would recommend researching the prices for a birthday party in the local area and compare and that was the only reason for 4 stars is the price. However, the service made up for the price and the crew working there allowed us to get on the basketball court which was huge since that’s what my son really wanted to do there. The pizza we got was about the size of a digiornio pizza. Nevertheless, the owner gave us a good discount on purchasing another pizza so all my crew had food. Additionally, this place has a Bar area only for adults so if you bring your kids you can make a little after work drink date with your friends or spouse. There is lots to do here and I highly suggest bringing going your business to Altitude. I spoke to the owner and I gathered that if you bring an idea to him he would be open to listen and possibly try it out.

Great place for kids! I heard the weekends get packed. We visited during the week on a school night and it wasn't busy. The kids had little to no wait. You have to buy "their socks" I have only taken the kids to one other type of trampoline part and what I like about this place is the zip lines and indoor basketball/soccer arena that they have. It also has a jungle gym in the back for the younger kids. Has two golf simulators Sells food. Did not try any of it and also appeared to have a bar area but did not check it out.

Park has REALLY gone down since the old General Manager was replaced, this park used to amazing and CLEAN, nowadays whenever I bring my kids here I end up walking around the park as I normally do and find random items laying around like fans, and trash, I understand the fans were there for party’s but once the party’s are done they really should be picked up, it’s a hazard to running children, as well as I have found multiple trash cans without bags in them, it’s not that hard to replace a trash bag, and creates an inconvenience to other parents trying to throw away trash. I have to stop watching my kids and go look for a trash can with a bag in it!! This park has truly gone VERY VERY downhill ever since the old General Manager left, and to me the only question is “why did she leave?” What was her reasoning. Because she had been the General Manager for years at the Slidell location, what pushed her over the edge so badly that she felt the need to leave the company all together??
