Altitude Trampoline Park - Omaha Introduce
Welcome to Altitude Trampoline Park - Omaha, located at 5575 N 90th St, Omaha, NE 68134, USA. As a trampoline park listed in the Theme Park Directory, Altitude offers a venue for recreational jumping and birthday parties, primarily catering to children.
Environment: Altitude Trampoline Park features a space with trampolines for jumping and play. One visitor noted that the music was not loud, which was appreciated. However, another customer who hosted a party experienced a smoky environment due to a reported fire in the pizza oven.
Services: Altitude Trampoline Park offers open jump time and birthday party packages. For jumping, they require the purchase of their specific socks. While one visitor found the price for an hour of play reasonable, another who booked a birthday party encountered significant service issues, including the party being cancelled upon arrival due to a system glitch, lack of staff assistance with setup and moving another party's belongings, and difficulties with checkout and discount application. There were also reports of short-staffed and overwhelmed employees.
Features: The main feature is the trampoline area for recreational jumping, which is noted to be mostly geared towards kids and not particularly adult-friendly for extensive jumping. They also offer birthday party hosting, which includes a VIP room. However, based on a recent review, the features of a smooth and organized party experience were not met, with issues such as a misspelled name sign, the need for self-setup, and a lack of provided utensils. There was also a report of staff asking party attendees to hold a trapeze bar for other jumpers.
Promotional Information: Altitude Trampoline Park is described by one visitor as a "cool place" with a good price for an hour of play, albeit mainly for children. However, a detailed account of a birthday party experience paints a very different picture, highlighting numerous organizational and customer service failures. These include a last-minute cancellation, lack of staff support, environmental issues (smoke), overwhelmed staff, and a negative interaction with the owner who was described as patronizing and disrespectful and did not adequately resolve billing issues. This suggests a significant discrepancy between a casual visit and a planned event experience. Local users in Omaha considering Altitude Trampoline Park from the Theme Park Directory should be aware of these widely differing recent experiences, particularly if planning a birthday party or expecting comprehensive customer service.
Based on customer reviews, Altitude Trampoline Park in Omaha, NE, listed in the Theme Park Directory, can be a reasonably priced place for kids to jump for an hour, with a requirement to purchase their socks. However, there are serious concerns regarding their handling of birthday parties, with reports of cancellations, poor organization, understaffing, environmental issues, and disrespectful customer service from management. Potential visitors, especially those planning events, should be aware of these significant negative experiences.

Cool place. They make you buy their socks but it was still a good price for 1 hour of playing. Mostly for kids though. Not really adult friendly for jumping around. I was glad that there wasn't loud music playing so I didn't have to leave with a headache.

Never post, but had an exceptionally terrible experience at a local business in Omaha. I scheduled a party at Altitude for my child’s birthday. I arrived and was told my party was cancelled as there was a glitch in the system. I schedule the party more than a month in advance . I was told to go to the VIP room. However, they mentioned this to another, larger party in session. No staff offered to help move the other party’s things. I had to help move their things to allow for room for my party. My kid’s name sign was misspelled. I had to set up the table and request forks. The pizza oven in the back was on fire (so I was told by Jaden, who was one of the staff). The facily smelled like smoke for 20 minutes. One of the workers was crying, and said she was overstimulated. Another worker said it was so busy and they were short staffed. When checking out, I asked for a discount with the manager, Alex. She offered me $50 off if I knew the promo code, but wouldn’t give it to me. My down payment to the party of $107 was not applied. Staff asked my daughters to hold the trapeze bar for other jumpers because they didn’t want to. I called the owner, Ron Puller, and introduced myself as Dr. Schultz. He listened and then called the staff. He called me back and insisted on referring to me as Miss Schultz. He said he got two different stories from his staff. He never took responsibility for wrong doing as he wasn’t sure there was any wrong doing. He took off $100. Didn’t address the previous amount required for reserving a party. He said he would look into it further when he could be present. He was very patrionizing and very disrespectful. I told him this was not a good look for his business and then he laughed at me. Would not recommend Altitude to anyone.

This place is a decent place. Great atmosphere the staff is awesome but the policies and small nitpicky stuff will drive you crazy. Make sure you have "altitude" gear on or they will kick you out or make you buy theirs. If you gear doesn't say altitude they take that very offensively. I have a membership and was forced to pay more because I didn't have gear that says "altitude" on it. My kids love to jump here but it becomes increasingly more frustrating to come back here. On top of this they want a picture of my kid, it's their policy. I do not feel comfortable with that, every time I come in we need a picture for his profile. Absolutely I understand, but then in that case, I would value my membership customer, returning customer, I would allocate some sock for the inconvenience. As then I am happy to buy you easily higher ticket prices items, plushies other food items, I have been of put then there affecting you bottom dollar in the long run.

The cost of the service does not align with the quality of the facility and the activities provided. Why should we pay $25 per person for just two hours, especially with a two-year-old accompanied by an adult guardian? Additionally, being required to pay $12 for gripper socks seems excessive. Is safety not a fundamental part of the service you offer? Why must customers bear the additional cost for their own safety? This has certainly been my first and last visit to your facility.

Not impressed. Haven’t been here for a long time and it is still in the same shape it was since I last visited. The place needs redone and or the owners need to invest some money back into it. The foam blocks are all bitten and look disgusting, the rock climbing wall is falling apart and almost all of the attractions are old and gross/broken down looking. Also smells like feet. Needs updates and improvements asap. Won’t return or suggest as there are so many other places close by that aren’t in such a broken down stance and the kids are busy for hours verses a half hour here.
