Altitude Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Altitude Trampoline Park, located at 771 S 30th St, Heath, OH 43056, USA. You can contact them at (740) 915-4045 or +1 740-915-4045.

Altitude Trampoline Park, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, offers a trampoline park experience with mixed customer reviews. While some customers praise the fun and workout aspects, others express concerns about excessive supervision.

Positive reviews highlight the park as a "tons of fun for the kids" and a "great workout," particularly during the winter months when children need to release energy. The park is also noted for hosting birthday parties, which are considered a convenient option.

Customers recommend signing up and completing waivers beforehand to maximize jumping time.

However, negative reviews raise concerns about the level of supervision. Some customers report that staff members, described as "teenage girls working their first jobs," followed them "EVERYWHERE" and "yell at your kids for breathing wrong." This excessive supervision led to a negative experience, with one child requesting to leave after only 30 minutes of a two-hour session.

Customers who have visited other trampoline parks report that this level of supervision is not typical and that they have not experienced such a "miserable" time elsewhere.

Key features and services (based on customer reviews):

  • Trampoline park activities.
  • Birthday party hosting.
  • Good workout for kids.
  • Decently priced (reported).

Altitude Trampoline Park in Heath offers a fun and energetic experience for kids, with birthday party options and a good workout. However, some customers report excessive supervision and strict enforcement of rules, which impacted their enjoyment. Potential visitors should be aware of these contrasting experiences.

Tons of fun for the kids, great workout and GREAT way to exhaust them in the winter when they're going stir crazy. Decently priced and they host birthday parties which is THE way to go. Sign up and fill out your waiver before hand to maximize time spent jumping for the children.

While the trampoline park itself is nice, I can’t recommend paying for it unless you want the teenage girls working their first jobs to follow you around EVERYWHERE you go from inches away and to yell at your kids for breathing wrong. My kid asked to leave after 30 minutes of a 2 hour session. We’ve been to other trampoline parks, always respected the rules and never had this miserable of an experience. Will definitely not be returning.

We have been to many jump places all over the country as a military family. This place is by far the worst. The staff is rude. We watched them yelling at several patrons. One poor mother gently bouncing with her baby in the toddler area. The employee, I believe her name was Shana, told the mom to get out and make her little one bounce alone. What?! Every other place we have been you’re allowed to assist your little ones. Another instance was when we were playing dodgeball with our own kids. Just the 6 of us. They kept yelling at us while we were playing. We weren’t climbing on anything. Our kids were just playing with one another or throwing balls at one another kind of hard, but we always do that and we were there supervising. No reason to stop our game several times. They are way too overbearing with rules here. It makes the experience not fun and we won’t go back. We have to drive an hour to get here. We might as well drive to Columbus.

Very impressed by the staff and facilities. This was an expensive outing but great for those rainy we're the kids just need to burn energy. There was a small play area for children under six, different games like dodgeball, basketball, and a ninja course. I feel very safe, because there was an incident where an older child was acting up and got injured and the staff moved quickly and effectively to ensure he got the medical attention he needed. No outdoor snacks or drinks, but there are food, drinks, and snacks options available.

We have been coming here for quite some time and the facility is always clean and staff is always friendly! We recently had a birthday party here for our children and they were so helpful, informative and accommodating! I cannot recommend them enough!
