If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Our neighbors invited just us for their son’s birthday party. They have 3 kids, we have 2. Everything started perfectly, we were having a great time, except it was kinda dirty. Is my second time in this place and has always been empty and know we know why. There was a whole section close because a girl broke her ankle, understandable. But why her friends approximately 4 of them were all eating, drinking and jumping around? They even started playing volleyball with the “basketball” that was supposed to be to play in that section of the trampoline and almost hit us on the head twice, we were sitting on the bench and as soon as we started walking to the stairs to call our kids up they opened up so they can have more space, we could not sit there anymore. Anyways, the big problem was that our kids weren’t allowed to go in that section, but the other girls were before they came with the girl and “ they paid”, that’s what the manager Joel W. said. He was extremely sassy and rude, and you know when you are polite but in a rude way? That was him. Telling us to have a good rest of the day etc but in a sassy way knowing I was upset. I spoke to him and said that if he know how unfair he was treating us and his response was “ sorry but this girl is my priority right know” I said why would you let 4 other girls play like crazy all over the place why they are not sitting down or something if this section is “closed” he said. Sorry if I say is close it’s close” in a matter of minutes the whole staff were looking at me and talking between their teeth, laughing. Maybe he rolled his ice too because after I left the girls looked at him and laughed weirdly. I spoke with one of the front ladies she was fine, until the manager came, she became very rude. I said I want to complaint and Joel W. he was over himself because he’s the manager he was like. “ yeah you want a complaint, complaint to me I’m the manager. I didn’t want to speak to him anymore so I tried speaking with the front lady, she said, you can only speak to him his the manager. He was like “ mhmmm”. We left without even spending our tickets. I would like to speak with someone who is above that manager because more things happened. There was a lady and a gentleman who were very very polite even though they heard and watch most of it. As being an anxious person. This caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Thank you.

Emil was a great help today, I came in with 4 kids and 3 adults. He made checking in super easy and the process at the counter went by like a breeze, which I can appreciate especially since the children have limited patience and are so excited. The place was very quaint and clean. All the staff smiled and greeted us throughout the building. The bathrooms smelled and looked clean as well, which is a super plus for us.

Really nice place for kids of all ages. Had a great time with 3 kids. Trampoline section is very well maintained with friendly crew. Arcade is bit congested but very well maintained. Loved the new additions to arcade.

My daughter and her friends had the best time celebrating her birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make sure they had an enjoyable time. Thank you!!
