Cascade Bay Water Park

Went to Cascade Bay for the first time recently and had a blast. Only purchased a half day ticket, but most likely will do a full day next time. Kids loved the different water slides, and the lazy river, but there isn't too much for the early swimmer to do. My 5 year old could only go down one slide, the orange one, which he did about 35 times and loved, but he wasn't too interested in the wading area. It only served as encouragement for him to keep working harder at his swimming lessons! There are tons of spots to sit and set up camp, but no outside food or drink is allowed. We did bring our own water bottles and that seemed ok. I didn't notice any one eating anything really, but also didn't check out the concessions. Maybe you have to eat what you buy there and aren't allowed to bring it near the water? Overall, facilities and surrounding water areas were very clean - this was a plus! Lots of lifeguards on duty - and they are alert and ready to help. We're kicking ourselves that we didn't go to Cascade Bay sooner!

So much fun! Took my 5 yr old daughter, 12 yr old niece and nephew and we absolutely had a blast! Great price and lots to do! Plenty of seating options, even space on a grassy hill to lay out.

This water park is a good one! Lots to do, plenty of shade and lots of chairs. You can picnic outside the park and there’s a concession stand. The lifeguards are friendly and attentive. So much fun-it’s always our first choice

Wow! I was not expecting such a wonderful water park experience from a city water park! It is a great value! There are multiple water slides and you only need to be 42 inches or higher to go on them. There is a toddler swim area with zero entry area, deeper 6 foot deep area, and most importantly a lazy river! Being able to relax in a tube while floating around was a relaxing experience and one we spent most of our time doing! If you are bored with swimming, there is a pretty great snack shack with pizza, hot dogs, ice cream and all sorts of goodies! There is also a 9 hole mini golf course, a sand play area with toys, and a large grassy area if you want to lay on the grass in the sun. Life guards and staff are professional and helpful. It is a great visit for families with kids or adults who want to play like a kid! Read the Eagan website for information regarding the 2 different times for park being open. It was a great day and we look forward to returning!

The workers are very lovely and I'm definitely not a biased person due to my time I've spent working here! But I love it and always come back to work every season! It can have a line in the morning that can be very long for online tickets, so sometimes it can be quicker to buy tickets at the admissions place, we hardly ever hit capacity.
