This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a negative review. But I want to warn other people. It’s $50/person to tube and today it took 30 min of waiting in line to get one tube ride in. And the rides are slow once you do get one. They oversold the tickets based on the amount of tracks open. So beware if it’s busy you will be paying $25/run per/person once it averages out. It’s not with it at all. After doing just one tube ride (that took 30 min), I went to request a refund and was denied. It literally feels like being robbed.

This tubing park is well staffed. I think there were more staff than guests. We came for the 2PM - 3:30 session. The magic carpet lift was working the whole time so no hiking involved. There were five lanes to go down and each had a staff member to send us down when the lanes were clear. All of the walkways had rubber mats so we didn't slip in the snow/ice.

Ridiculous rip off. $25 to park for 1.5 hours. You lose 15 min each at the beginning/end for them to start/stop the run. Slowwwww tubes. $245 for a family of 4, for 1.5 hours of fun. Never again. Oh, get there 1 hour early to get your tickets at the window. Even prepaid vouchers take 20 min to process.

We had a really good time here on our way back down the mountain. Around $200 for a family of 4 (which is going rate for tubing in Big Bear). They had 4 lanes open and the lift was operational. We rode over 15 times and the guys up top delivered on making it fun for the kids. They let us ride until 5 minutes before our slot was over. Waiver and tickets only took about 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place for snow tubing is overpriced, the staff is rude and buying tickets is inconvenient. You pay about 50 bucks for a two hour slot for tubing. The staff doesn’t start until 5 minutes after the starting time. Then they are still opening up lanes. It took 30 minutes to open up just 3 lanes. Then they stopped letting you go up the hill 25 minutes before end of time so they can finish on time. So you really only get about an hour of tubing time. Just go down the street and get unlimited tubing for the same price.
