One star because this place could be great. Four stars off for safety. This place is a death trap. So many locations with raw metal sticking out which both my daughter and I hit quite hard. Also exposed electrical panel. Pictures tell the story. On top of that, it’s pricey.

We showed up at 7 pm with our kids and paid for an hour. After 30 minutes, the lone employee told us they were turning off all the inflatables there (which is about 60% of the place). They didn't even wait for us to get off of one of them before turning it off. Their hours are supposed to be until 9 pm on Saturdays, but the employee turned off the lights in most of bulding and seemed bugged that we were there until 8. The place was pretty gross, and the "foam pit" was missing a lot of the foam. Definitely not worth the price we paid

I like this place but I do think its ridiculous how false the website is. You choose and pay for 2 hours but then the time slots are only 1 hr 45 mins. That should be updated. If I pay for two hours, I’m definitely getting that extra 15 minutes I paid for!! Every time slot takes away 15 minutes.

Came here after doing waivers online and employee was closing early. She said she "is has nobody else to work and is going to work at her other job." Kids very disappointed

This place is never open. Why even have posted hours if you’re not going to be open?? When they are open as soon as You walk in it smells like a boys locker room that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The floor looks like it’s been mopped with dirty mop water and again smells like it as well. The staff acts like they’re bothered by you when you come in. The place looks unkept and unmaintained. I’d rather pay more some where else than allow my kids to play in absolute filth. We left after walking into the FILTHY bathrooms. You know it’s bad when the bathroom smells stronger the closer you get. I couldn’t go in I wanted to puke. My son had to hold his breath. Then he came out and said toilet was clogged and there was pee on the floor Needless to say, We will definitely NOT be back. Little advice clean the facility specially the foam blocks, it’s disgusting!! My son’s pants were covered in dust when he climbed out.
