Escapology Escape Rooms San Francisco (Fisherman's Wharf)

The rooms are beautifully designed, the puzzles challenging, and the staff friendly! What more could you ask for? And the venue/waiting room area is just gorgeous. We have successfully completed 3 rooms so far (the Lost City, 7 Deadly Sins, and the Mansion one) and the most challenging, for us, was the Deadly Sins room. Aesthetically speaking, we agreed that the Lost City and Mansion are lovely 😄 If you've never done an escape room, make sure that there are at least 3 to 4 of you participating to ensure for an optimal experience with all of the collaboration that needs to happen when solving the puzzles, etc. It would be difficult for just 1 or 2 ppl in our experience and take much more time and energy to complete. Have fun and support your local escape games!!

We did the Antidote room with 3 people and found it to be a bit too straightforward as escape room enthusiasts. We then did Lost City and loved that one! Great puzzles and the right amount of challenging for our group! :) Lennon went out of the way to help us which was so appreciated!

Wow— what an incredible experience! My boyfriend and I came in this past week for the first time and it was SO fun! Madeline was the game master for our experience and she was the absolute best. She was so enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful. She really made the whole experience a true 10/10. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thanks again for the incredible customer service, Madeline and the whole team! 😄

Awesome escape room experience! The room was challenging but well-designed, with clever puzzles and an immersive layout that kept us engaged from start to finish. The difficulty level was high, but that just made the victory even more satisfying. We actually didn’t realize we had chosen one of the hardest rooms, but we had a great time regardless thanks to the amazing staff (Madeline and one other person whose name I missed) —they knew exactly when to step in with well-timed hints that kept us moving without giving too much away. The staff showed enthusiasm and support was really nice- you can tell they genuinely love what they do and wanted to make sure my group’s experience was fun and positive. I’ll definitely be back soon to take on another room! If you’re looking for a fun, brain-teasing adventure with helpful staff running the place, I’d highly recommend this escape room.

The puzzle was awesome! Not too hard and not too easy. Our puzzle master did a great job giving us hints when needed, overall great experience!
