Brought my 4 Year Old son here a few months back and we had a great time. The line was a little long to get in, but once we did, my son really enjoyed it. They have a ton of jumping areas, games to play (need to get a card with money), slides and so many other things. The place is very big with a good amount of space to accommodate the large amount of people and children that visit. We would definitely come back again!

Great place to take the kids to burn off some energy. My kids absolutely loved it here and so did I lots of different plays areas big ball pit, lots of slides, a bunch of trampolines, arcade and lots more. I know lots of people are saying they’re expensive but I don’t think so. They’re pretty reasonably price considering everything that’s included you only play a few dollars more to come here versus going to altitude trampoline park. Also, they have toddler Tuesdays, where one parent gets in for free and toddlers under 42” are $16 for 2 hours of play time and if you have two toddlers both parents get in for free, you can’t beat that. My only concern would be is how clean the ball pit is

Booked my daughter’s 5th birthday here and it did not disappoint. We had 20 kids attend and every one of their parents raved about how much fun their kid had. Our host was super helpful and the manager was very accommodating. The place was clean and so much to do for all ages. Highly recommend. My little one is already planning her next birthday there. Helpful hint- if you are having a big party choose a weeknight- not a weekend. It made for a very enjoyable time with a lot less people to maneuver around and allowed the staff to be more attentive.

I attended a birthday party with my family this past weekend. The staff was unorganized and unable to problem solve efficiently when their system was unable to process a completed waiver. It was overcrowded and it seems they book too many parties at a time. The party we attended was in a room. The pizza arrived at 4:40. People had 20 mins to eat pizza, sing, eat dessert, and gather their belongings. The staff member in charge of the party was throwing plates of pizza on the tables and shoving them at people even if they said no thank you. Everything was rushed. The party was to be over at 5. At 4:50, the staff member was rolling the table clothes on the tables, even where kids were still eating. Everyone had to hurry up and stand because the staff member even lifted the tables to where they were standing, even with KIDS IN THE ROOM. The staff member (young women) was rude. It seems the staff needs to be trained on manners and how to actually communicate with humans. I DO NOT suggest this place, especially for a birthday party. It seems this has been an ongoing issue and it has not been fixed at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I took my 7 & 2 year old here recently. They had a blast. The only complaint I got from them is when our time was up and we had to leave. My issue is the cleanliness of this facility. Trash cans were overflowing, garbage on the floors, every table was dirty to sit at. The bathrooms were unkept. I know this is a busy place with a lot of foot traffic, but the 2 hours we were there I did not see anyone cleaning up. If this improves the next time we are there I would be happy to change my review. It just seemed unnecessary dirty. I’ll also add that we had to pay around $7 total for my husband and I to get their special socks so we could walk around with our toddler. Just an extra expense we weren’t planning to have.
