Get Air Trampoline Park

I just had my son’s birthday party there last night. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend for birthday parties.

First time at get air and everyone has a great time a lot of different sections to choose from to play in .plenty of seating to watch from while the kids play. My only negative comment was that it was very cold inside . Bundle up!

This place could be so much better if it wasn’t filthy. We all understand that it’s a kids venue and chaos ensues but unacceptable to be so dirty. The bathrooms were completely unkept. Dirty toilets, dirty floors, the locks are broken. There were empty soaps thrown over the sinks. The sinks were just as dirty, you’d think they would be cleaner since water runs in them. Not sure what excuse there could be. Hourly bathroom checks couldn’t possibly be that hard. Someone sweeping or keeping the floors clean. You pay $96 for 2 hrs, 2 toddlers, an adult and socks. Let’s put a little more effort into having a clean facility.

My child & I attended a birthday party here and it was hands down the worst kids birthday party I've ever been to. The entire place feels dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting. The staff did not help at all with the party. There was no ice for drinks, no announcement when it was time for pizza, no help with anything. No one in the staff watching the rooms of trampolines. The kids were absolutely feral, taking the balls out of the designated dodgeball area and hurling them across the entire place, endangering the smaller kids and no one that worked there did anything. I guess go here if you want a Hunger Games themed birthday party. Other than that, you'd be better off having one in the parking lot.

I went there with my brother, and then we spent most of the whole time on the inflatables The inflatables there are the craziest thing I’ve ever saw in a trampoline park. It is amazing. It’s highly recommended to have your kids go here.
