Get Air Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Get Air Trampoline Park, located at 5125 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112, USA, and featured in the Theme Park Directory. Get Air typically offers a variety of trampoline-based activities and other attractions. However, recent customer reviews indicate significant issues with the park's current state and operation.

The environment at Get Air in Harrisburg has been described negatively in recent feedback. On a visit on 4/1/2025, several areas were closed, including dodge ball and the play place, limiting the available activities to trampolines, a ninja course, a playground, and a smaller "Little Air" area for younger children. Some equipment was observed to be literally held together with duct tape, raising concerns about maintenance. The women's restroom was reported to be in shockingly bad condition, smelling strongly of chlorine, having creepy lighting with some lights out, and a tall sink being out of service with the faucet removed. Alarmingly, exposed wiring was visible and within reach in the restroom, creating a potential electrocution hazard. During a birthday party, a physical fight occurred, disrupting the event.

The services at Get Air include access to trampoline areas, a ninja course, a playground, and a designated area for younger children ("Little Air"). However, the availability of these services can be inconsistent, as noted by the closures of the dodge ball and play place. The staff's response during a birthday party where a fight broke out was heavily criticized. Instead of prioritizing the safety and well-being of the affected group, the staff, including the manager and general manager, were reportedly very unprofessional and focused on ensuring the remaining bill was paid, even to the point of threatening police involvement. This lack of empathy and support significantly detracted from the customer experience.

Features of Get Air Trampoline Park typically include various trampoline activities, ninja courses, playgrounds, and designated areas for younger children. However, current issues include the potential for closures of certain attractions, poorly maintained equipment (including duct-taped items), and unsafe conditions such as exposed wiring in the restrooms. The strong chlorine smell throughout the facility is also a notable characteristic mentioned. A significant negative feature highlighted in a review is the unprofessional and unsupportive behavior of the management during a disruptive and potentially dangerous situation, prioritizing payment over customer safety and satisfaction.

As the provided information consists of negative customer reviews detailing closed attractions, poorly maintained and potentially unsafe conditions (exposed wiring), and severely unprofessional and unsupportive management during a disruptive event, local users should be extremely cautious. There is no mention of any positive aspects or promotional information in the recent reviews. For any potential improvements, current operating status, or further information, it is advisable to contact Get Air Trampoline Park directly at (717) 317-5998 or mobile phone at +1 717-317-5998 as listed in the Theme Park Directory, but with a strong consideration of the serious safety and customer service concerns raised in the provided feedback.

I've been here before and it's usually pretty good, but when we went today (4/1/2025), the place was... not good. Two things were closed (dodge ball and the play place), so you can play on the trampolines, do the ninja course thing, go on the playground, and if you're small enough, you can go on the "Little Air" stuff. So, for my younger siblings, they could do 3 out of 6 things available. Pretty lame. Plus, some things were literally duck-taped. The womens restroom was shockingly bad. The whole place smelled like chlorine like I was in a pool. The whole lighting in the bathroom was creepy, too. I think some of the lights are out. They have 2 sinks, one for taller people and one for shorter people. The tall one was out of service (the faucet was literally removed), so it was annoying to wash my hands in the little sink, but whatever... my main problem was the fact that there was literally open wiring, primed and ready for your little kids to electrocute themselves on. The sinks are automatic, so it makes sense that they have wires, but why can I see them hanging? Why can I TOUCH them if I want to?? (Yes, I asked if the dodge ball was closed or not, just in case the dodge ball was only closed until there was a referee or something.)

Deep disappointment with the experience we had at Get Air during my son’s birthday party, What was supposed to be a joyful and fun celebration for our family was unfortunately marred by a series of events that left us feeling disrespected and very unsatisfied. During the party, a fight broke out, which was extremely upsetting for everyone involved. However, instead of offering assistance or showing any concern for the well-being of our group, the staff seemed primarily focused on ensuring that we paid the remaining bill. The physical fight situation escalated to the point where police were called, and we felt as though the safety and enjoyment of our event were entirely disregarded. This was mentioned and the manager & General manager were both VERY unprofessional and demanded us just to pay the bill. While I understand that the staff must manage difficult situations, I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of empathy and support from the management team. The priority should have been on ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for us, rather than threatening us with police involvement over the, not yet paid bill. My child, along with others were upset and scared & not to mention they lost 15-20 minutes of their play time due to grown adults fighting and being arrested. We certainly won’t be returning to Get Air after this experience.

Prices are fair; employees were constantly monitoring and walking around if there was a need for assistance. It wasn’t crowded. Plenty of things for my kids to spend 2 hours exploring.

Very bad experience. They only care about you leaving on time and collecting the bill at the end of the party. You're supposed to be paying for a service where you don't have to worry about anything. But at no point did I have a manager helping me. The pizzas were cold, and the tip is mandatory, according to what I understood at the end of the party! I had to pay a tip for a person who never helped us. The party area looked dirty and ugly for a $300 birthday party. I so regret having thrown all my money away.

The layout is very good and the young kids area is real nice but clearly they don’t care about cleanliness. We’ve been going there for 2+ years now and it’s getting to the point where we may not come back because of how gross it has become over time. The amount of smashed bubble gum on the floor is gross.
