Environment: Have A Hoot Fun Center is described by one reviewer as a potentially cute area to stop for fun during a road trip. Another reviewer found it to be a great place for little ones through big kids, noting that it's big but not too big. The facility has been described as clean and well taken care of during some visits. However, another visitor was thoroughly disappointed with the state of the arcade games, with half reportedly not working properly or at all.

Features: The fun center offers a variety of attractions, including arcade games, a rope course (which was considered pretty good), and a rock wall (which wasn't bad). However, the laser tag was not working during one visitor's trip, which was their primary reason for visiting. Batting cages are also located next door and are mentioned as really fun.

Services: Customer service experiences appear to be mixed. One visitor had trouble with broken arcade games and reported that while one staff member refunded a single game, another shrugged off the issue of a second broken game. They also mentioned difficulties in obtaining a refund, with an initial offer of only an internal card refund (useless for travelers) before a manager eventually refunded their money after some hassle. In contrast, the staff is described as accommodating and friendly in the context of the center being great for kids. The snack bar is noted as being unremarkable, with a suggestion to eat before or after visiting.

Promotional Information: Have A Hoot Fun Center is promoted as a potentially fun stop for road trips and a great place for families with kids of various ages. It is noted for being reasonably priced and clean during some visits. The rope course and rock wall are mentioned as decent attractions, and the adjacent batting cages are highlighted as fun. However, potential visitors should be aware of reports regarding a significant number of non-functional arcade games, issues with the laser tag being out of service, and potential difficulties in obtaining refunds for unused services. One reviewer explicitly advised against spending $24 per person for wristbands or taking a detour to visit based on their experience. Local users with young children might find it suitable for a quick visit if the reported issues have been addressed. It is advisable to inquire about the operational status of all attractions and the refund policy before planning a visit, especially if specific activities like laser tag are a priority.

The location and reviews online lead me to believe that this was a cute area to stop on a road trip to have a little fun and take a break. I was thoroughly disappointed. Of the 10+ arcade games, half weren’t working properly or at all. The rope course was pretty good and the rock wall wasn’t bad. But the laser tag wasn’t working while we were there, which was the primary reason we were visiting. We spent maybe 30 minutes and decided to leave. We talked to staff as we had trouble, one person refunded 1 game but the second person just shrugged their shoulders when we told them that another game broken after we swiped our card to play. When we finally decided to leave, it wasn’t a hard decision, one staffer told us they don’t do refunds except on their internal cards which is useless to me traveling through. I was finally able to talk to a manger who was able to refund my money, but not without some hassle. I wouldn’t spend the $24/person for wrist bands, or frankly take any detour to visit this place.

Great place for little ones through big kids. We took our son there starting around 2, and he climbed through everything. Reasonably priced, big but not too big. Batting cages next door are also really fun! Everything was clean and well taken care of the times we have been there. Their snack bar isn't anything to write home about, so I suggest planning to eat before or after a visit.

Fun little place. Best for kids over 3 or 4. Price was a little on the high side. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms were clean. Didn't eat here but is has the typical menu and prices for this type of place.

Children's safety is a big concern here. many of the safety bars have deteriorated and the cushion is now empty, leaving children vulnerable to injury. My daughter was simply running around and trying to climb over a triangular obstacle and hurt her knee bad enough that we had to go and get checked out. this place needs to be visited by an inspector for safety issues

The place was great! Kids had a blast. Great choice for indoor play during the rougher weather days. The staff could've been more attentive to the folks having a birthday party. And when a machine did not play, but deducted money from my daughter's card, I felt as if I was made out to be living about it. Otherwise, it was great 👍
