Me and my wife and 2 kids were at the mall for the weekend. Came to the carousel for the ride. Paid for 2. Both under 44 inches. Rules states must be accompanied if under 44 inches. She didn’t let any of us adult in without paying. We’ve never had this issue before. So if you’re gonna go with kids under 44 inches, just know you have to pay for yourself as well now. She didn’t seem to know what she was saying or doing either.

Awesome double decker carousel. At the time of our ride, one ride was $3 and it was a short wait. My daughter (5) loved it so much. I would highly recommend!

I came to Maplewood mall today with my family. We decided to go on the merry go round. I paid for my three kids. I have a two year old, a three year old and eleven year old that has autism. When me and my husband was trying to go in to support our kids. The guy refused us to go in and only allow one of us on the ride. I told the guy my husband Can't support all three of them by his self. I told him my daughter are both unstable and might fall. I also told my son has a disability and need someone near him incase anything. He didn't care and told me to blame management. I told him my might kids fall or get hurt are you guys going to pay for the damages to them. Than I ask for a manager he told me no one will answer me and he refused to give me the phone number. Than he just walk away than started the ride. My kids couldn't even get on any of the horses so they sit on the chairs that don't move and only one of them got to get on the horse by my husband hold them and they sit very close to them wasted of my money paying 9.50 for nothing. My kids didn't enjoy it at all but one. I never had this issues there before until today but hopefully management team can see this and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone again. This is why I wrote this review to make sure no one experience this and hopefully they change their policy so this doesn't happen to another family.

Love taking the kids here! If the child is to young to ride alone, the adult gets on for free to help :)
