Itty Bitty City, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, provides a play area designed for young children. Customer reviews offer a mixed perspective on the establishment, with some praising its suitability for toddlers and others criticizing its organization and cleanliness.

Positive reviews highlight the venue's appeal to young children, particularly toddlers. Customers have reported that their toddlers "love this place" and have enjoyed visiting since a young age. The presence of a dedicated play area for babies under 2 is also noted as a positive feature, providing a safe and age-appropriate environment for the youngest visitors.

The venue is described as "creative" and a "great way for the kids to burn energy," indicating that it offers engaging and active play opportunities. The reported cost of approximately $20 for a toddler and one adult is also mentioned.

However, negative reviews express concerns about the overall environment. Customers have described the venue as feeling "like a run down daycare," with toys "thrown everywhere" and rooms containing "only a few items." Concerns about cleanliness are also raised, with reports of "no hand sanitizer anywhere." The presence of a sink on the way out is noted, but it does not alleviate the overall concern about hygiene.

The conflicting reviews suggest that while Itty Bitty City can be an enjoyable play area for young children, particularly toddlers, there are concerns about the organization and cleanliness of the venue. Potential visitors should consider these mixed reviews when making their decision.

It sort of felt like a run down daycare. Toys were just thrown everywhere, a lot of the rooms only had a few items in there. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere, there was a sink on the way out though. It was ok, but not sure it's somewhere I would go back to.

Absolutely fun place for kiddos! My toddler (18months) loves this place and has been going since 6 months! They have a play area for babies under 2! So creative and a great way for the kids to burn energy! We spend roughly $20 for toddler and one adult.

We were looking for stuff for the kids to do and this popped up and we are so glad that it did because this place rocks! It sits in the center of a shopping center and is very easy to find. They open at 8am so that’s nice too! We went on a Friday morning and it wasn’t too busy. It was $40 for two kids and two adults which was more than reasonable for the time we spent there. If you’re looking for a place like a children’s museum without the museum and traffic, this is the place! The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. The best part is your admission is good for all day so you can leave and come back. This place rocks! So much to do and endless fun! We will be back!

First time going today. They have some neat things to play with that I’ve never seen before. But there’s plenty more negative stuff to say about the place unfortunately. The staff didn’t make any periodic rounds to try to tidy up the place which would be ideal since toddlers carry things away. There was a big hairball stuck in the water tornado thing and that was disgusting. It shows that they don’t clean a lot. All of the aprons were stained or soaking wet because the water aprons aren’t even waterproof. The chalk board and paint wall were full and filthy so no place for my son to draw. The slide doesn’t have a small child friendly access to get to it. And it costs 20$ for a one time visit! If I’m paying 20$ for one parent and one child I expect better. Could definitely be improved…
