The front receptionist is very helpful, & when I Had a complain to make she handled it very well. There was a birthday party and the kids were very rough jumping around and yelling really loud. I was kind of annoyed at the parents who just sit there and not CARE about the behavior of their children. Some of these kids could of injured other kids and luckily nothing happened.

I HOPE IF THE OWNER PLANS TO REOPEN THIS PLACE, PLEASE PUT SOFT CUSHIONS AROUND THE JUNPERS BECAUSE I AM PRETTY SURE ITS CONCRETTE UNDER THAT VERY THIN CARPET. THIS WAS THE PLACE MY SON WAS HURT AT. IT CAUSES ME FREAT PAIN JUST TO REMEMBER THE DAY MY 5 YEAR OLD GOT A HEAD CONCUSION AT THIS PLACE. PLEASE DO BETTER FOR THE KIDS.

I recently booked a birthday party for my grandson. I wasn’t told at the time of booking that socks were required for everyone, not just children playing. Shortly there after I was told by an employee that people were complaining because the adults in our group weren’t wearing socks. ‘There were only three or four others present at the time’. So we all had to purchase socks from jump around at $2.50 a pair. Children were arriving late and I was told if we need more time I would have to pay $35 for each half hour. I asked if another party was booked in the room and if I could just pay for the overtime after the party was over. Oh no, I had to pay in advance. I spent 15 minutes buying one half hour more of time and I missed my grandson blowing out the candles and serving cake. I had to rush to get the presents out of the room because if we went over the half hour at all I would have to buy another half hour for $35. Shortly after I was approached by an employee and was told we all had to leave because someone outside was smoking while holding a child. Again the employee said people were complaining and that there must be cameras outside because the manager just happened to show up and told him that we had to leave. There were about 15 of us. Again, only a few other people were present in the whole place and no other parties were booked that day except the one I paid over $300 for. My daughter was very upset and said we should get our money back. I was so flabbergasted at the time I told my daughter never mind let’s just go. The manager then approached me and I asked her why we were having to leave she said because someone was holding a child while they were smoking she said it was illegal in California to smoke while holding a child. I said what law is that and that I had never heard of it. She then yelled do you want me to call the cops? She said that it was in the contract we signed. What contract? I never saw or let alone signed a contract and I can’t find anything on their website either. By the way the person holding the child outside of the building does not smoke and was only saying goodbye to my daughter that was smoking at the time - away from the building. researched and cannot find any California law prohibiting an adult from holding a child and smoking. Yes, it is illegal to smoke in the car with a person under 17. Why couldn’t the employee just have asked my daughter to put out the cigarette? Why did we all have to leave including all the children and adults, including my 79-year-old mother. One of our guests had just arrived and asked why she had to leave. She was then told it was OK for her to stay. Before the party started My daughter said she had been reading the reviews and they were all bad. The reviews all talked about how rude the employees were. I told her that we should form our own opinion with our experience. I have never written a review before but I was so flabbergasted over the whole thing I would like to know if anyone else had the same experience. Again, there are only a handful of others there the whole day and it was a Sunday. I am looking to find out who owns the business because I am sure the owner would like to know who is ruining their business and running off all their customers. Take my advice, DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!! This is absolutely no exaggeration of our experience.

It was not good. I purchased the appropriate socks for my daughter while other kids don't even wore any kind of them. My daughter's umbrella was stolen from the shoes area and the employee did not help in anything. It was raining outside, I just can't believe that parents allow their kids to take things that do not belong to them. This happened 01/06/19

We bought the standard party package for my son’s birthday party. They made it so easy. I had to purchase the candy and toys to go into the piñata, and buy a candle for the cake, but everything else was taken care of for the party. They were even willing to order a special piñata for me. They have standard invitations available online that link to directions to the facility. The room was already decorated, the food was on time and there was rack in the party room to keep our shoes and belongings. This was the easiest party I ever threw. It was worth every penny. All the kids at the party between 2-12 had a great time. There was even a separate area for the tiny tots.
