This place did a very good job of making it easy to have a birthday party for my granddaughter. The kids had a great time. It's a little pricey, but we'll worth it!

We visited this week with our 2 special needs children. Front desk was unhelpful, did not ring us up correctly, did not offer membership pricing, and was generally not paying attention. They forgot to charge for socks, and then only had super small and medium, the mediums barely fit but we weren't given an option without. And $15 a parent jump when membership is $4 is insane. And only for one hour. The women's one handicap stall had no toilet cover??? That was so upsetting. The dodge ball court half the balls were deflated. The main trampoline court had super old awful trampolines that do not bounce well and are almost painful. My daughter is small and the bad trampolines werent enjoyable because rhey barely bounce. One whole section was COVERED in caution tape and had a giant hole and it wasn't section Off or closed down. A few male employees were incredibly unkept one had a very red nose he was constantly rubbing and sitting around hanging their heads. Only thing I saw employees do was make sure kids had stickers so no one got their monies worth. Def a money grab from a business on its way out. Will be trying grand station entertainment next visit for sure! It just looked BAD. We love our local jump place and were really excited to try this place but unless they make big changes we will not be back.

Great place for kiddos to release some energy (Especially in this Hot weather)! Front desk staff was friendly, Gabby was helpful with jumping time options. We had some snacks from their concessions. Beer is available too! I really like that they have age designated areas and keep the place clean. Some areas need updating but overall good fun here!

We’ve been coming here for over two years now and won’t be back. They’re not putting any money back into the property and it continues to go down hill. Big holes all over, full sections shut down and not accessible, half the games are out of commission. It’s easy to over look a few things, but this place is being neglected all over in favor of higher monthly cash payments to the owners/operators. They should take some pride in their business.

We went today with our family, yes the kids had a great time. But this is so dangerous. It wasn’t very clean.
