Kangaroo Zoo Introduce

Welcome to Kangaroo Zoo, located at 184 20th St, Ogden, UT 84401, USA. As an indoor playground listed in the Theme Park Directory, Kangaroo Zoo offers a space for children to play and expend energy through various inflatable jumpers and slides.

Environment: Kangaroo Zoo provides an indoor environment with multiple inflatable jumpers and slides. While one reviewer described it as a place where their two and five-year-olds have a blast and can do pretty much everything, another noted that almost all but one of the jump houses/slides seemed rather old and very worn. Issues such as air escaping through holes and seams, structures not fully inflating, and a generally sad and drooping appearance of some inflatables were mentioned. There are also reports of trip hazards with the foam flooring.

Services: Kangaroo Zoo primarily offers an indoor play area with inflatable attractions for children. Massage chairs are available for adults. However, the food service, specifically the pizza, is noted as being very expensive. While the staff are described as nice, there was a report of them being somewhat dismissive when safety concerns about a broken drinking fountain were raised.

Features: The main features of Kangaroo Zoo are its variety of inflatable jumpers and slides that cater to young children, particularly toddlers and preschoolers. The availability of massage chairs for adults is an additional feature. However, the worn condition of many of the inflatables and the presence of trip hazards and a broken drinking fountain are significant concerns. The high price of the pizza is also a notable characteristic.

Promotional Information: One reviewer found Kangaroo Zoo to be a "great place to wear the kids out," especially for younger children, and a good option for an indoor fun experience every so often, despite considering it a bit spendy. However, another review, while acknowledging it's "kind of a fun place," strongly emphasized several issues needing attention, particularly the old and worn inflatables, trip hazards, and a broken drinking fountain that posed a safety risk. The high price of the pizza was also mentioned as "outright insane." Local users looking for an indoor play area for young children might consider Kangaroo Zoo for occasional fun, but should be aware of the reported conditions of the equipment and potential safety hazards. The promotional aspect is somewhat tempered by the significant maintenance and safety concerns raised in a detailed customer review.

Based on customer reviews, Kangaroo Zoo in Ogden, UT, as listed in the Theme Park Directory, offers an indoor play area with inflatable jumpers and slides that young children may enjoy. However, potential visitors should be aware of reports indicating that much of the equipment is old and worn, with some safety concerns regarding trip hazards and a broken drinking fountain. While massage chairs are available for adults, the pizza is considered very expensive, and staff may not adequately address safety issues. It might be a viable option for indoor play, but with noted drawbacks regarding the condition of the facilities.

Great place to wear the kids out, my two and five year old have a blast and can do pretty much everything. The jumpers are a little bit worn. Personally I think it's a little bit spendy but great for an indoor fun experience every so often.

Kind of a fun place but there are some issues that I think need to be addressed, mind you this is my second time there so the critiques are justified. Great idea and my kids seemed to enjoy it but almost all but one of the jump housesslides seemed rather old and very worn, to the point that any one you walked up to there was air escaping thru various holes and seams that obviously affected it, 3 of them so much that the structure was literally not inflating completely, making the structure pretty sad looking and drooping. One they didn't have inflated at all.(See attached pictures, snake face down on the ground, his tail also sagging down, dragon that kids had to squeeze out of the mouth cuz it was resting on itself, droopy palm trees on another.) Also a few trip hazards with the foam flooring that could easily be flattened out (again see attached pictures). And the worst was a drinking fountain with a busted out panel that tiny hands trying to turn on the fountain could easily find access to pointy parts and internal electronics of the fountain. I did see one kid actually get a minor scrape from reaching inside. Other than that it's a bit of a fun place, the massage chairs are a nice touch, but the 22 dollar price for a mediocre pizza is outright insane. Staff seemed nice but kinda dismissive when I mentioned the fountain to them. IF we go back and these issues are addressed I may give another star or 2 to my review.

My little girls had a lot of fun here. It seemed a little run down but for the most part, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. They didn’t have a big selection of treats but other than that, it was a nice quiet place for the kids to play.

Took my boys here they loved it. It's super clean and not very crowded. Awesome place to let the kids get out all there energy. Fair prices and snacks for when the kids got hungry even though my little one was too small to crawl up some off the bounce houses my oldest son would take the time to take him up. I'm just so happy my boys have places like this around Ogden to play we could use more places like this.

My kids loved the bounce toys. I do think it is overpriced. But i like that it is all day, and not $10 an hour like the trampoline parks. But they are worn out after 2 hours.
