We've been here plenty of times and the kids enjoy it. Today, particularly, I was impressed with the service of the gentleman who worked this morning. Blonde hair. He was very professional. He asked me if all the arcade games were working and if all the bouncy houses were good. I shared with him that one of the arcade games wasn't working and he offered to refund me some credits for that game, which I forgot to get. I was happy with his service and his care for our satisfaction. He had the professionalism of a manager, which I hope that he is! Thanks for another great day!

My kids love this place, it’s super fun and I love that they have a gate at the entrance so kids can’t walk right out the door. They are entertained for hours here. I’ve been coming here for years and my only complaint is that the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and they’ve been this way for years. The floors are so messy and the bathrooms smell so strongly of mold. I really wish the management would do something to make the bathrooms cleaner and a more pleasant experience for little kids. I dread taking my kids to the bathroom here. Other than that, we enjoy our time here.

We had never been to the Kangaroo Zoo before. My wife and I decided to try it out and took our 8-year-old son there. He had loads of fun. When I first arrived, I thought we'd be there about an hour. We ended up being there for about 2.5 hours and when it was time to leave our son wanted to stay longer. He loved the bounce toy things and mostly the massive jungle gym in the middle. They have air cannons and an area in the middle where our son would try to float foam balls in the middle of the air. He loved that. The only thing that would have made it better is if we would have brought one of his friends with us so they could play together. I'm pretty sure we will go to Kangaroo Zoo again soon!

My 3 year old LOVED it. The staff are very nice. The frog bounce house bottom steps are torn but once kids figure it out they can usually get up anyways. The ball guns weren’t working in January 2025 but they said they ordered the parts and in March 2025 the employees said it should be working but none of them worked. The women’s restroom smelled like it has sewer gas coming up through the drains which can be toxic. It’s a mildew smell. It’s also a bit warm (72?) for kids who are running around so bring t-shirts. The only problem is that sometimes they need a long sleeve to not get rug burn on their elbows on the slides. It’s a comfy temperature for parents who are just watching kids and not being active though. I think it should be 68 so kids don’t get hot running around and parents should wear a jacket. That’s a bit particular but my child gets hot and thirsty every time and the drinking fountains are Luke warm. Make sure to wash your hands before you put your shoes on if you want to eat on the way home because you can’t walk back to the restrooms with shoes on.

We've been here many times and even celebrated one of my daughter's birthday parties here. So easy, so great - such an awesome place for young kids (and even being a parent and joining in jumping around through the inflatables with them). I highly recommend this place where you can have a great time to get your kids get a lot of fun energy out!
