Absolutely Unacceptable – DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! If I could give Knockerball Michigan zero stars, I would. They completely ruined my son's 11th birthday party by canceling with only 16 hours' notice—after weeks of planning and excitement. We had 10 kids ready to go, and at the last minute, they just bailed on us. The owner didn't even call, he just sent a TEXT that said the employee who was supposed to run the party was injured and he couldn't find anyone else to run the party. I'm not sure how an establishment like this doesn't have a back up plan for these circumstances. There was no attempt to make it right, just a "sorry, we can't do it" and you can have a refund or rebook for a discount. The refund took days to get to me and ZERO dates or suggestions were given for rebooking. The lack of professionalism is astounding. How do you run a business like this? A children's birthday party is not something you just cancel on a whim. We were left scrambling to come up with a backup plan, and let me tell you, finding something - anything - with that little time was near impossible. Save yourself the headache and book with a company that actually values their customers. Knockerball Michigan clearly doesn't care about reliability, professionalism, or doing the right thing. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this place!! It is so much fun, Clean, The Owner and his child went above and beyond for us on Sunday! So kind, friendly, caring, Etc! You can also book a bday party, the price is $25 all day!

Jason was so great! We called the night of and he was able to open the place in just 2 hours! We had a group of 6, whole place to ourselves! Very organized and we had such a great time playing all the games! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Came here for a drop-in night with my partner, sister, and future brother-in-law. The host is a really nice guy, keeps everyone safe, and is very accommodating. We ended up playing 2 on 2 soccer games for probably an hour, and gosh… it was A WORKOUT!😂🔥 Really fun time and would recommend to anyone who can handle a little semi-contact fun. Thank you!

...I am an old guy, (54), & I arrived with the idea that as an "adult" I would absolutely refuse to play... because it was a family event for the kids... ...however they talked me into it... ...and, WHAT A BLAST...!!! ...once I got into the game... WOW...!!! ...you feel almost invincible... FUN, FUN, FUN...!!!
