Launch Entertainment Park Framingham

Great fun for the kids. There are lots of different activities great for children of all ages. They also love the pizza 🍕 All of the snacks and drinks are reasonably priced. Fun place for a birthday 🎂 or a rainy day. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Not a bad little spot. Lots to do. Both my 9 and 6 year old boys had fun. Bunch of games didn't work. Play structure was a little short for my 9 year old

I visited this location for the first time and loved it! My 10 year old loved all the activities. Nora who was a staff member helped us many times during our visit. She was wonderful!

Very attentive staff and helpful. We had our daughter’s 3rd Birthday party here and the staff were very helpful and kind. Grace was exceptional and was always there to direct me through the few hours of greeting and settling our guests, party set up and decorations as well as keeping the party going from one event to the next. Thank you!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Edit 03/05/2024: I came here again on a day off. After talking to Alexa G the director of engagement, it's all good. Really appreciate the communication and working to fix the video game issues. Don't usually see immediate customer service like we received from Alexa. Very impressed. Nice job finding her (momentum enterprises), and that makes it all worth it. The effort to fix/resolve issues. Thank you, Alexa. I feel like a valued customer, and we will come back often to support launch in framingham. Original review: Staff was OK. Staff didn't engage as much as other locations. But they were friendly enough. What got us were the number of video games that DIDNT WORK. What is 60 arcade tokens when half the video games don't work? The basketballs were tore up and flat. Like what???????? Felt like every card swipper is "unavailable". That water game was cool, but only ONE SIDE worked. The other game next to it let ya swipe, but the screen was blacked out. That's obnoxious, especially for that price. The nerf game??? you guessed it, only one side worked. Everyone's favorite ball catch it game.......(you guessed it) didn't work. So yea. Staff was cool, and the trampolines were good. Kids all around were having a blast. But that arcade needs work or lower them prices.
