Malibu Jack's Quad Cities

This was our first time to Malibu Jack’s. Right away I was really impressed with how clean it was. All the surfaces look like they had been well-maintained and not wiped down. I didn’t notice that there wasn’t enough hand sanitizer stations. Ample room for birthday parties if that’s something you wanna do. Activities for all ages. On the weekends the all day pass is $40. We got two of them for six year-old and four-year-old. We spent about four hours here today. My husband and I shared a $50 card and took turns going with the kids on certain rides. Will be back. We probably won’t do the unlimited for my four-year-old daughter because there wasn’t a lot of things she could do independently. My six-year-old son had a blast.

Had such a good time! I had no idea we had anything like this around us. Fun for the whole family with rides, games, a toddler area, bumper cars, Lazer tag, and more than that even! We will definitely be coming back!

First time visiting, showed up at noon when they opened. Took them 15 min to get a register out so you could even go do anything, then half the things weren't open. Honestly there were two employees there who were good at their jobs. The rest, terrible.. I said thank you to everyone and only the two responded. No one was at the bowling/ golf counter. Besides that tho, the place is fun for kids, they will definitely leave there tired! Our friends had kids and they had an absolute blast. We had a pretty good time ourselves, the roller coaster, the put put, Lazer tag, and dark ride were cool. Overall it would be a great place to take your family. Just don't expect the people working there to make your experience better. (Besides the nice lady working the customer service desk and the one working the bumper cars on 3/30/25, they were great) Becca, who I didn't see working at all, was rude through and through.

I had the pleasure of attending Malibu Jacks’ grand opening, which was held a couple of weeks after they officially opened. The event itself was a wonderful experience, and all attendees were generously given unlimited cards. My family came up after the speeches concluded, and we let the kids enjoy their unlimited cards—they had an absolute blast! One of the highlights for us was the toddler area. It’s a fantastic space for little ones, complete with jungle gyms and foam cushions that can be used to build forts. The setup is engaging and perfect for younger kids to burn off energy and have fun. That said, it was disappointing to see some features in the toddler area already broken or showing signs of wear and tear, especially considering the facility had only been open for a few weeks. It’s a shame that some parents appear to let their children damage the equipment. Despite this, my family had an amazing time, and we’re looking forward to returning. Malibu Jacks offers a great mix of activities for kids and families, making it a fun destination for everyone.

I had a great time here. We came in here pretty late but I was still able to do everything and have fun I won a lot of tickets trying to win a teddy bear. I won in the spand of 50 minutes of being here not even. Had a blast make sure y’all come check it out.
