North Valley Escape Room

We visited for my daughter's birthday along with her friend, and had a fantastic experience! Kiersten was incredibly professional, accommodating, and made us feel welcome. We tried the Help Save Christmas escape room, and David was wonderfully patient, friendly, and helpful throughout. The room had a delightful scent, was beautifully set up, and featured creative locks and codes. We had such a great time that we’re already planning to return with the whole family. Can’t wait to try more rooms! Highly recommend!!

North Valley Escape Room hands down is our favorite escape room in Arizona! Our family has loved every room we have tried there. Our first one we tried was Alcatraz. We loved Sabotage, the Haunted Great Outdoors, Slaycation and so many more. We love how creative and thought out the rooms are. We really love escaping to explore more than one room so this venue never disappoints us! The game masters are always great and friendly! We drive about 50 minutes from Scottsdale and think it’s absolutely worth the drive!

North Valley continues to set such a high standard for escape room companies, customer service is always phenomenal and the rooms are just as good. I've now done almost all the rooms here plus some they closed (I think a total of like 10) and I would definitely recommend. Alcatraz and Big Top blew us away and the others were a fantastic time as well. Great atmosphere for families, beginners and enthusiasts alike!

We have been going to North Valley Escape room for over 2 years, and they are incredible! Very detailed rooms that flow wonderfully. It has always been a great time whenever we go, but last night takes the cake! At Christmas they have these fun advent calendars and my girls’ loved last year’s, but when we went on Black Friday to do their Christmas room (a fun festival time, highly recommend the room), the calendars for this year hadn’t arrived from their supplier yet. I followed up a week later and was told they were in. I planned on going after work to grab it, but my meeting ran super later and I didn’t get there until almost 9. I called on my way to check and see if they were still open (google said yes, but I wanted to verify). I was connected to Don the owner who told me they had left early because there wasn’t a booking but they were only a few minutes away and Kristin their manager came back and opened up just to make sure my trip wasn’t wasted. She was super friendly and nice about having to come back too! It had been a terrible day but Don and Kristin made sure it ended on a happy note! Thank you so much and I can’t wait for our next visit!

Been to quite a few escape rooms around the valley, just check this place out, and I must say it is definitely one of the better ones! I will definitely be going back to check out their other rooms. The the props and the layouts were definitely great quality! I won't go into all kinds of great details telling you how great it was but I can just tell you, it was great! :-) I'm generally not an easy to please person but these guys definitely left me wanting more!
