Randy the Event Sales Manager, & All his Party Host were beyond phenomenal!! I had the best experience here today at off the wall for my friends son’s birthday party, they went above and beyond with the service & the food here was fantastic. Great hospitality since I walked in the door, they helped me bring all my decorations & cake to the room. This was a completely stress free experience, didn’t have to do one thing they took care of it all!! From the moment I came in to inquire about packages Randy had made it the best experience ever, gave me a tour of the whole place & went over everything in great detail. Definitely coming back & recommend everyone to come here. Thank you Off The Wall!!

We went to Off The Wall in Davie and had a mixed experience. We loved the mini golf — it was very fun and well organized. However, the jumping area was very crowded, and there were a lot of older kids jumping wildly in the same space as the little ones, which felt unsafe to us. We also didn’t like that there was an alcoholic beverage bar in a place mainly designed for families and children. With a few improvements, this place could be much better.

Our host was amazing. This is our second party at this location and all of my children’s birthdays will be done here. I can’t wait to celebrate more and more with off the wall. You guys have gained a keeper.😊

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received at Off the Wall Davie during my daughter’s birthday party on September 14th. After reading numerous positive reviews and speaking with staff members multiple times (including Alena, Sydney, and another young man), I had high expectations. However, the actual experience was far below what was promised. I booked the party from 4–6 PM, choosing an extended time of 1 hour and 45 minutes in the party room, with access 15 minutes prior to decorate. I even confirmed these details with Sydney, as I hired a balloon specialist for decorations. I also ordered extra food—two wing trays, a veggie tray, and a nacho tray. Unfortunately, no one informed me that the wing trays already came with vegetables, making the additional veggie tray redundant and a complete waste. Better communication here would have made a difference. I arrived at 3:30 PM to get an early start, but from the moment I arrived, it was clear things were disorganized. I was ignored by the front desk staff and had to express frustration just to be acknowledged. The room wasn’t ready, and the staff member (who admitted it was her first day) told me she didn’t really know what she was doing. We finally got into the room at 3:55 PM, and it was still dirty. A single young male staff member was left to clean up by himself, so my family and I had to help clean and decorate. Despite these setbacks, our party host didn’t arrive until 4:25 PM, well after the party had officially started. Meanwhile, as guests arrived, they were being sent to the party room without their wristbands for the bounce area. I had everyone pre-fill waivers to avoid delays, yet I still found myself going back and forth with the front desk staff, who seemed confused about how to handle the situation. My guests were sitting around, unable to start their jump session until about 4:25 PM—nearly 30 minutes late. When Alena, our host, finally arrived 4:25, she was kind but clearly overwhelmed. Things didn’t improve, though. At 5:00 PM, she informed me that she was going to call the kids back from jumping to eat and cut the cake, even though they hadn’t had their full hour of bounce time. I expressed my concern, and she said she’d talk to the manager. No real resolution was offered. They wanted us out of the room by 5:45 PM, despite the fact that the kids had only just started their activities. When I asked to speak with the manager, a young woman came over and showed no real concern. Her response was dismissive: "So what do you want me to do?" There was no sincere apology or effort to make things right. While she did offer an extra hour of bounce time, this was poorly handled as the kids weren’t given new wristbands, leading to confusion. Worse, one of the staff members aggressively removed a child from the bounce area, nearly leading to a confrontation that involved threats of calling the police. At the end of the party, we were rushed out of the room without any assistance for cleanup. I had to ask for the game cards that were included in the package. Ironically, once we were being ushered out, suddenly three employees appeared to help the next party set up. Where was this support during our time? What should have been a memorable day for my daughter’s 10th birthday turned into a stressful and chaotic experience. The lack of organization and poor service was shocking, especially given the positive reviews I had read and the assurances I was given by staff. Based on this experience, I don’t believe Off the Wall cares about their Black customers at all. I won’t be hosting another event here EVER again. I only provided 2 stars due to Alena as she tried her best to accommodate.

5/5 stars! Off The Wall Davie is a must-visit for mini golf enthusiasts! For just $10, you get unlimited games on their creatively designed courses. I loved the variety of themes - Super Mario, Game of Thrones, Pacman, and more! Each hole is carefully crafted to challenge and delight. The atmosphere is fun and lively, making it perfect for families, friends, or date nights. Great value, awesome staff, and a blast from start to finish. We'll be back for more!
