PadLOCKED INc- Escape Room

Great escape room location. The Cube was super difficult and we ended up not getting out in time, but the game master was very helpful whenever we asked him for some help. The puzzles we very fun, and the room was well setup and themed appropriately. Definitely a fun night out.

I recently had the most incredible escape room experience at Escape Room LI, PadLOCKED INC. The Escape Game Experience, hosted by the amazing Lauren. From the moment we arrived, Lauren was welcoming, friendly, and enthusiastic about making sure we had the best possible experience. The room itself was incredibly well-designed and full of challenging puzzles that kept us on our toes the entire time. Lauren did a fantastic job of guiding us through the room without giving away any answers, allowing us to feel the satisfaction of solving each puzzle on our own. Not only was the room itself top-notch, but Lauren's attention to detail and passion for creating a memorable experience truly set this escape room apart. Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our enjoyment and success. Overall, I cannot recommend this escape room experience enough, thanks in large part to the fantastic hosting by Lauren. If you're looking for a fun and unique way to spend an afternoon with friends or family, be sure to book a room with Lauren as your host - you won't be disappointed!

My family and I have gone to MANY escape rooms in a few different states and always had such an enjoyable time. We have escaped and not escaped some- no problem. The pregnant lady (I don’t remember her name) was our game master. She walked us into the room and said “good luck” and shut the door. Every single escape I have ever done we were always given a back story to set the scene for where we were and what we were doing/searching for. We started off very thrown off because of this. Regardless, we continue on with the room. Towards the end when we were finishing the last couple of clues, we asked for a hint. She did not answer us over the walkie talkie, so we patiently waited. When we realized she probably was not paying attention we asked her again. When she finally answered us she gave us a sarcastic attitude. We were finishing up the last clue and our time ran out. EVERY escape room we have been to has let us go a minute over to complete the last clue. She comes on the walkie and says “Guys, you didn’t finish. Please meet me in the lobby” (again, we have been to many escape rooms where the game master meets you in the room and shows you how to finish the room.) This woman should not be a game master or she needs to be properly trained. I have never seen an escape room organized in this way where staff does not have passion for being a game master or interested in what they are doing. Not to mention, she did not make us sign waivers (she should probably watch out for that) and she was concerned about turning the room over for the next group in enough time. There was NO one booked in that room for the entire rest of the day because I went on the website and I could have booked it for the time after us!

Everyone here is so nice and the rooms are a lot of fun! (They also feel fair and not to difficult) I came here on my second date years ago with my now fiancee, who I actually proposed to here! Kayla was super helpful and really helped make our experience here awesome! I came in a few times and they let me set up a special final surprise at the end of one of the rooms (no spoilers!) Will definitely be back, for the memories and the fun puzzles :)
