Pump It Up Auburn Hills Kids Birthdays and More

We had a blast! Everything was so organized and made the whole party experience effortless for the host. I loved the after information as well as the party being completely private to avoid injuries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend an easy very fun party experience at this location!

Such a fun, clean and hospitable place to have a birthday party. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff. Both my birthday kiddos and their guest felt super special. As a bonus all children that attended are going to sleep quite well after all that exercise 🤪 We will definitely be returning for open jumps and parties! Xoxoxo Bravo

The party was not what we imagined. The heat wasn't on. The music wasn't playing. There were only 2 staff members running multiple parties. One of the staff members had her own young child at work. A party guest was injured on a slide and no one could find staff. But the reason for the rating was because a staff member said something to my young daughter as she was waiting to come into the birthday party room which made her cry. She was so upset she left her own birthday party, missing the pizza, cake, and presents. The same staff member promised a refund. We spoke with management. This was never resolved. We had been to numerous parties at Pump it Up and they were nothing like the party we received. Absolutely do not recommend.

All the kids at the birthday party had a great time. So great they didn’t want to leave lol. Jacob and Ria went above and beyond to take care of everything for us so we didn’t have to break away from the party for anything. Both our kids said it was the best day ever as we were riding back home. The next day they were still talking about how much fun they had. So yeah, we will definitely be coming back to do more birthday parties & we’ll be back for open jump!

We went there for the toddler play hour and our daughter had a blast. The lady was nice that was running the place. They had lots of toys and even a toddler slide in the toddler area that my daughter loved. The bathroom didn’t seem as clean but everything else was clean and a lot of fun! My only complaint is that there are no outlet covers on any of the outlets in the toddler area which is concerning. I don’t like that. So please watch the little ones.
