OK, Nothing great. Food was bad. Huge parking. Too many parties going on simultaneously. Good for the children.

Loved the place. It was clean and kiddos had fun. Few things that could have been better: 1. The $50 balloon add-on felt like a waste of money. It was barely 40 balloons falling down on kids. Felt way over priced. 2. When the office called us to confirm food quantity, we told them our numbers and asked if it would be sufficient because few items they advertised in the menu for 10 to 14 people. They said that the food would be more than enough and it was far from reality. We were about 30% short of food need 3. The party host is great and sets up the room and needs minimal direction. But, there is only 1 person. So when she was cutting the cake, no one else was taking care of passing around more food, cake etc. Having 2 dedicated people for each party would have been nice. 4. The birthday package says that they are supposed to give a gift to my child and they never did. Overall, I’d rate my experience 3.5/5.

Wow this is the place to go for parents to have help and relax more to be present w your bday kid. We were guests for a party. The party attendants were not energetic (think a couple notches above doing the bare minimum), but they really kept the flow going. Pics are of Arena C

We recently hosted a party at Pump It Up Santa Clara, and it was an absolute blast! This location truly made a difference in the experience. The play areas were huge, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of inflatables to keep the kids entertained for hours. Massage chairs in all arenas for parents to chill out. The staff was fantastic—very friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the entire event. They handled everything from setup to cleanup, allowing us to enjoy the party stress-free. The private party rooms were spacious and perfect for celebrating after the kids had their fun. One of the best parts was how the event was so well-structured, with dedicated playtime and a smooth transition to food and cake. The kids had an unforgettable time, and the parents loved how hassle-free the entire experience was. If you're looking for a fun, safe, and energetic venue for a birthday or group event, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend hosting your next party here!
