Visited Pups of War this afternoon with my children (10F) and (8M). Tons of fun for all ages. Arena was very clean and well laid out. There are multiple obstacles and structures around the arena with tunnels and a slide for cover and concealment. The floor was covered with foam mats, so there were no issues with the knees or elbows or the occasional wipeout. There is no padding on the corners of the wood structures, so you just have to be mindful when running around. Nerf guns were in well working order, with plenty of variety, and darts/balls to go around. There are no issues with the younger pups being able to operate the guns. If you have your own, you can use them as well. Prices were very reasonable, and the waiver was a breeze to fill out. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be making more visits in the future.

There’s always room for improvements in anything. here, they need to add a lot more darts of all types for their blaster lineups, the level 3 isn’t available so I hope they can find a way to work through those challenges as well. The size, absolutely big, open spaces and plenty of hiding spaces! I took 5 of my nephews and we played for an hour it was worth it, the staff member, I think Jason was his name, he was awesome, knowledgeable and really made it worth our while! If I could go back everyday, I would! Call ahead and ask them friendly questions prior to your visit to know what to expect!

The staff was wonderful!! They all remember my son from a week ago when he and his class from summer went on a class trip . Both my sons had a great time playing and with me and the other kids. Very friendly staff and accommodating, I highly recommend this place for kids to play.

At $75 for 3 kids to run around shooting Nerf at eachother for 30 minutes, my son and his two friends had little to no time to play because their guns kept jamming, and the guys working there didn't have any concern for time when the guns needed to be replaced or serviced. The girl at the counter also put that my son's time started at 1:00 (we got to the register at 1:00), but the boys didn't get inside and get guns until 1:05. Promptly at 1:30, they announced everyone had to leave the arena. So they care about being prompt when it comes to cutting your time short, but when it's the customers time, they stretch "Hawaiian time" to another level, and the place had almost no kids playing! This was for my son's 10th bday, but it's also the weekend before Christmas so sadly the Christmas spirit missed Pups of War. Merry Christmas and thanks for the "kindness and good will"

We had family visiting, and tried to play at the Ala Moana location. When we arrived, realized it is no longer there. Bummer. The next day, we drove from Kaimuki to Aiea to the pups Pearlridge location the after verifying it was actually still open and hours of operation via phone. The employee assured us we didn’t need reservations and could come at any time. We arrived only to be disappointed by a last minute private reservation. Double bummer. As we explained our reason to an employee for this being unacceptable for visitors who have a limited amount of time on island, and had already had a failed previous attempt to play, (plus traveling with an infant) the employee let us jump in the arena free of charge to play around for a few mins until the private party arrived. In addition, the employee gave us an additional half hour of free play when the arena opened back up/ after private party left. The understanding & generosity of this employee made up for the previous fails. We had to hang out at the mall for 3 hrs but when it did re-open we had a great time. We appreciate you!!
