Round1 Bowling & Arcade North Riverside Park Mall

We went there on a Sunday night and ended up going to a different round 1 instead because they were basically out of all their food. They also aren't as big as the other one, yet they're more crowded. We looked at the QR menu (which could've had a sign stating what they were out of yet it didn't), figured out what we wanted, got in line (and cut by a bunch of kids while their parents watched), just to get up there and have the lady point at their 86 list. She didn't even bother to do it nicely she just pointed at it like we're supposed to read all of the million things on that counter while we order. Communication could've been better. We were just glad we hadn't gotten our cards loaded yet and we went back to our car to call a different round 1. The other round 1 is our usual place and the lady was nice enough to go downstairs just to make sure they had food due to what we experienced at this location. This location obviously doesn't know how to prepare for a busy weekend. I've been in charge of inventory as a manager and even I knew how to ensure we had enough for an unexpectedly busy weekend. Get it together. We will never come back to this location. At least at the other one they like their jobs. I blame management, not the front lines.

We had a great time with the kids.lots of space and lots of games to play and the wine wasn't bad either

Very nice entertainment center. Great for family outing. Lots of many games plus bowling lanes. But there are lots of cops and security guards at the door entrance. It doesn’t feel safe when having more security because this is near Chicago in south side. There was a fire alarm because someone smoked marijuana in the restroom. It made people to evacuate the building.

Round One was an incredibly fun time from all of the arcade games to the claw machines. Our bartender, John, was extremely friendly, courteous, and a great vibe. He made our night! We will definitely visit again.

Had an amazing time here I just recommended staying away from the claw machine I got two good quality plushies but some of the claws wouldn't even close like the one on the Kirby claw machine. Everything else was fun. I would definitely come back. Staff was nice and the establishment seemed clean.
