Review of Ryan’s Amusements Axe Throwing – 5/5 Stars I recently had the pleasure of trying out the axe throwing experience at Ryan’s Amusements in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic time! As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, but the friendly staff made the entire experience enjoyable right from the start. After signing a waiver, we paid $40 for an hour, which gave us our own lane to throw axes and play various games for the two of us in our lane. The selection of games was simple but effective, providing enough variety to keep things exciting. I appreciated how the different games switched things up, ensuring that we didn’t get bored even after a while of throwing. One game we tried was the “pirate” tic tac toe. While I found it a bit quirky since you could cancel out your opponent's X or O to win, it still added an amusing twist to the experience. I highly recommend trying out the other games instead, as they were both fun and engaging! Overall, the atmosphere was lively but relaxed, making it the perfect setting for a unique outing. Whether you’re looking to bond with friends, celebrate a special occasion, or just try something new, axe throwing at Ryan’s Amusements is an absolute blast! I can’t wait to come back and challenge myself again. Highly recommended!

Everything is 5 star; outside of the golf simulator. I am a 2 handicap and it did not register any shot over 155 ball speed. Outside of that, it was cool. But again, I could not hit anything further than my 4 iron because of the ball speed. For reference ; I hit 5 drives in a row full speed and nothing registered. I then hit 5 3 woods and nothing changed. I hit 3 -3 woods at half the speed to prove it was just too fast and they worked pretty well, so I have to assume it is the fast either swing speed or ball speed. I would say 3/5 simulator for non golfers/little kids and 1/5 for actual golfers. I would do 0/5 but their staff is nice so…

This is a small arcade with newer machines that are almost all for tickets. We purchased 2 unlimited arcade games cards for 2 hrs for the kids and it was a fun 2 hrs. Most of the arcade games are for tickets, so it can get boring playing those games on an unlimited games card that can't accumulate any tickets. Overall, I wouldn't come back for the arcade

My family and friends went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We ordered food and drinks. The same night most of us got sick (5 adults and 3 kids).

We went for axe throwing and I would not recommend this place. Axes were dull with split handles. Place in Hyannis is so much better
