I love six flags been coming here for many years. I brought my grand kids and it was their first time. They are 7 and 6 and they had a blast. We are coming back in a week. Holiday in the park is so much fun with the lights and decorations. It even snows in different places through the park. There is a good variety of rides for everyone to enjoy.

This place has been around forever and they keep it updated pretty well. Some pricing issues and the wait times for rides are rarely accurate but overall a great time for kids and families. Rides are stopped often for safety and food is way too expensive. Also wait time for food at regular eating times is crazy. Up to 45 minutes for a burger last time. Best bet is to eat a big early lunch and get there right when they open gates at noon. Definitely go with a season pass if you're local. You get a free fast pass for 1 ride per person and its cheaper if you go at least 2 times a year. Plus you get into hurricane harbor for free.

πŸŽ’πŸ‚ Thanksgiving at Six Flags = Pure Magic! πŸ‚πŸŽ’ From dazzling decorations to festive vibes, the park was lit with holiday cheer! πŸŽ„βœ¨ They definitely had the rides, however, along with that we were able to enjoy the special activities for the 'Holiday in the park'. If you’re looking for thrills and holiday feels, this is the place to be. Who else has a Six Flags holiday story? Drop your fav ride in the comments! πŸ¦ƒπŸŽ’

I've been here many times over this year and while I'll say some things do need work its overall a great place to be and has an amazing atmosphere. The park is very old and is the first Six Flags in the chain so it has a charm. There are many rides like the Runaway Mine Train perfect for the family and then there is Mr. Freeze only for the thrill seekers. I would say that the Spain, Texas and Mexico area is the best. Also it can get HOT here and the park is aware of this and is good with cooling off in the blazing hot sun. The food is a big complaint but I'll just say this, it is theme park food at the end of the day. There are some good places like Johnny Rockets and JB's smokehouse barbeque its can be pricy but it is a theme park. Their events like Fright Fest and Holiday in the Park are all nice and is mostly for the whole family minus Fright Fest. This place can get busy and their wait times can't always be accurate as well some rides will be down during your visit. If you're in the area check it out I wouldn't recommend anyone to make this place a "destination" but I do see a bright future for the chain and this park.

When I came here to spend the Sunday with my family, I felt ecstatic. We all enjoyed coming here and not thinking about anything but having fun. The rides were extremely exciting and we all just had the times of our lives. Last time I came here was about 15 years ago and it all looks very different. I felt like it was my first time again, which made my experience even better. I took my kids for the first time and now they all ask me to come here everyday..I recommend Six Flags to anyone as a fun Texan experience!
