Bobby is an outstanding team member! Yesterday, he handled a challenging situation with remarkable professionalism. When a guest was injured, Bobby immediately stepped in to assist, calmly communicated with the child, notified a manager for additional support, and managed the situation respectfully and efficiently. Despite it being his first time dealing with such an incident, Bobby remained calm.

This place could get a five star review because of the variety of entertainment and super friendly team members... And we have been coming here regularly since they opened up... Except for a couple crucial reasons. Most importantly, the place is absolutely filthy, every common and uncommon illness known to man in there. It's not the team themselves because the bathrooms, floor, and everything the team is responsible for is very well attended... It's the mats, silks and foam squares that have not been cleaned since they opened and it was brand new. Basically, to me it doesn't seem like a professional cleaning crew that comes in and actually uses water, cleaning detergents and such has ever once stepped foot in that building. Because of this, our family and many others I'm sure, have gotten sick repeatedly over the past few years. We stop going there for a month or so, no more sicknesses. I know illnesses go around just from being in crowds... But the filth of anything cloth in there is at the point of beyond unacceptable. It can't always be about profit, sometimes a penny or so needs to be put towards sanitation for the sake of the patrons and probably the employees as well. Secondly, the last four times we came in there over the last couple months, the basketball court inflated mat was still unfixed and uninflated. Only 1 of 2 interactive screen jump displays worked. In the toddler area the inflated mat near the block station wasn't holding air and was not adequately inflated to prevent injury to the little kids jumping on it. Things that were there when they opened that got broken we're not replaced and just taken out. To me, this all points to someone not wanting to spend money on upkeep and sanitation. It can't always be nothing but profit... Because if that is the stance, the customer base and reputation will dwindle. Another cancelled membership of a once loyal patron because of the diminished quality of experience here.

Where we are from in Birmingham, Alabama, they have X amount of kids that are allowed to jump at certain times. For example, a group of 25 will be allowed to jump for 90 minutes starting at 5:30 this place does not have a limit. I paid $86 for three kids, including socks. They could not even jump because it was so overcrowded it was absolutely ridiculous, not to mention dangerous. I believe the place was at max capacity and the fire marshal could’ve shut them down.

I paid $320 for 2 year passes. We have been about 15- 20 times so far in about a month. The zip line, slides and basketball court are always closed. I think they are only open at night time on the weekends. They need to hire more workers, so all options are available. If people are paying the full price to jump everything should be available. If we are paying just for a trampoline, It should be cheaper. Also, I'm very disappointed there is no foam pit only in the baby section. And their chicken strips are terrible!
