Sky Zone Trampoline Park

My kiddos loved it. I town visiting my Aunt and she brought them here. I showed up as a surprise coming from work. Staff was super supportive and even helped with the subterfuge. Now thats above and beyond service. Cool glow lights, lots of activities and games. I Wil definitely bring them back! Oh and see my Aunt.

I had my son's party here and it was a holiday so it wasn't crowded. No one met us at the door and when the cashier finally came she seemed unhappy and irritated. The host must have been absent but a friendly server came 10 minutes after our party time to help me set up the room. The pizza was good and trampolines fun for the kids. They just need to work on the organization of their parties. I didn't feel they wanted to be bothered.

My daughter (5 yo) and I spent this morning at Skyzone. We were greeted by Shauntia (I may have that spelled incorrectly) at the front desk. She was INCREDIBLY generous and patient with me as I was having trouble with my payment method. After my 90 minutes of play, she even had a lot of great wisdom to share about raising kids (we happened to be discussing that at the time). I could not recommend her customer service enough - super informative about the different packages and options offered at Sky Zone, but also just very personable. There are LOTS of activities to do for older kids - maybe 7+. My daughter was a little intimidated by some of the obstacle "courses". But I feel this is a great benefit here, as many places have too little that challenges kids. I've not been to a trampoline park that has such fun air bag/crash pad activities. I would definitely take my 5 yo here again and being my 7 yo.

Came to this park when evacuating from Hurricane Helene. Staff are so helpful and nice! The kids loved that it has acrobatic slings and trapeze. All around, one of the best trampoline parks we've ever been to! Definitely recommend.

Brought my grandson here to burn a little bit of energy. He had a wonderful time here and releasing a little bit of his energy and kind of got a little selfish with a few of the play items. Had to teach him how to share some of the items that he was trying to play with all alone. He caught on very well I will definitely bring him here again and I definitely recommend that you bring your children here to have a little bit of fun. The prices are reasonable and not over-extended so this is a heck of a place to have some fun with your children. Children need love too.
