My son had a wonderful time. He jumped, climbed, and enjoyed his 90 minutes. As an adult, I had a different experience. I was aware that the employees didn't seem to know they worked there. Check in was more difficult than it should have been. There wasn't a lot of seating, so people laid claim to tables and sat there the entire time. They was fine, I followed my son around as he moved through the attractions. Very young children still in pull ups were unsupervised, which made me nervous. Some of the features need some updates. My son fell between the padding and a wall a few times when on the obstacle course. He didn't get hurt, just unsettling to watch happen. The bench area to store shoes and items had an extremely sticky floor. I just carried my son's items around with me. I also think it seemed a little expensive because the place isn't maintained the best. The socks are not included and they aren't cheap. All the kids seemed to be having a blast, so that's a plus.

By far some of the most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. We had an appointment setup for a birthday party that was suppose to start at 1 and it’s almost 20 minutes past the start time and they still are trying to figure out how to check in a birthday party. For the amount of money we paid I would think it would be better managed however this is what you get when kids run the show. There wasn’t an “adult” in sight when it came to true management and because of that I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone.

Idk what the fuss is about in the other reviews. First off: Skyzone is a place for almost all ages 3 and up. My toddler is 3 and she has a great time coming here. We come here during the weekdays before school lets out and practically have the place to ourselves. It is clean, the staff are friendly and attentive and we have never had an issue. Second: Since this is a place for kids of all ages - Even adults attending with their kiddos - There is going to be a variety of ages and can be very well packed on the weekends! Teenagers and highschoolers are welcome. Supervise your youngsters and there should not be an issue. Plan for large crowds on the weekends especially for birthday parties! If you don’t like larger crowds this might not be the place for you. Since it is busy - yes they may run out of certain food items. However, we have not had this issue. I also want to add - Yes, the staff is much younger. They hire teenagers and people in their younger twenties. This is not uncommon for a place like this. I will mention I have not had a single issue with the young staff. With all of that said - We have a monthly membership. It is worth it for the price. We pay $47.00 per month for unlimited play and an additional adult. Plus 20% off of concession food. Give this place a shot and have fun! Supervise your young ones. It’s a blast every time and makes bedtime super smooth! 🥰

Our first time visiting here tonight. When we got here, check in person was more worried about talking to the girl standing next to him than helping us. We noticed the park is dirty and garbage cans overflowing all over right when we walked in. I called prior to coming to make sure they served food since we didn’t eat dinner yet. Went to order and they were out of cheese to make larger pizza, so we had to buy individual pizzas at $8 each. We’re also out of soda, icees, pretzels, fries…. You could only get individual pizza or corn dogs or nachos. Food was not great, and we ended up tossing it. About an hour after my kids jumped, I went and purchased 2 waters for almost $9. Walked away, and the bottles were frozen solid and exploded when we opened them. Kid behind the counter said “sorry, that’s all we got”. This place is a mess… drive further and go to Urban Air next time.

My toddler had a blast, but we also came strategically early during the week (before 4pm) We also came on a Sunday, which I will never recommend doing again(with toddlers). Too hectic with little employees monitoring/enforcing rules for older kids
