Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Kids had so much fun. This was our second time here we had the place practically to ourselves because we went around 1 pm during school hours. The first time we came here was for a birthday party and my kids also had a blast going from the trampoline jump area to the basketball trampoline, then dodge ball and even the pit ! They also have a game section (you have to purchase a card) but also very entertaining for the little ones.

You have to be careful with this location. They sign me up for a membership that i did not request. If you don't pay attention they will be charging you monthly about $28 for each child. You have to cancel in 72 hrs or call them

I recently visited Sky Zone, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the place was absolutely filthy. Trash was scattered everywhere, and the trampolines looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The air smelled stale, and there was barely any ventilation. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed completely disinterested in helping anyone. The equipment was in terrible condition—loose springs, ripped padding, and overall unsafe. To top it all off, the prices were outrageous for what you get. After spending a ridiculous amount of money, we were left feeling scammed. The activities were poorly organized, and the entire place was overcrowded, making it impossible to enjoy anything. Honestly, save your time and money—Sky Zone is a complete waste.

My best friend had a surprise birthday party for my son at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Allendale. My son and his amazing friends had the best time. We had a blessed and wonderful time watching the kids enjoy so much. Gabby and Drew were outstanding and their service and event planning was flawless. Enjoyed every minute while we were there. Even the last minute orders were done perfectly. Very impressed with their service. Thank you Gabby and Drew. Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Allendale Rocks!!

I’ve been here many times in the past but this time the experience was the worst: 1) when paying for an all-day pass they signed me up for a membership I didn’t ask for. When I noticed this, I made a claim but I was told that I had to take care of cancelling it. Nice customer service… 2) 30 bucks for a pass wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that A) the place is rundown and filthy. There’s trash everywhere you go B) the team members won’t do a thing about lines and kids not following guidelines. C) there are just a few cubbies for you to put your stuff There’s one thing for sure: I’m not coming back.
