I love coming here with my grand kids. It is less busy in the morning, esp on weekdays. I am able to jump and play with him, so I can watch out for big kids. He likes the various mini trampolines, crawling over the big tube-like structures, and jumping in the foam pits. He likes the swing, which entails jumping into a foam pit. Bathrooms are wheel chair accessible. Entrance to the play area requires walking up steps with no WC access. Food and beverage available. The pay process and all the plans are a little confusing. Wheel chair access van parking in free lot with wide cub cut. Wheel chair access ramp to enter the sky zone trampoline area. Wheel chair access womens and mens restrooms with dedicated stall with grab bars.

They don’t make things very clear at all when you go up to purchase. Back in November, I took my grandson and a couple of his friends to the sky zone. Just wanting to do it for about four hours and my daughter went ahead and got everything and all I did was give a credit card. Nevertheless, they have been charging me ever since then $132 a month for some membership which we did not want To begin with then they ended up getting us all off of the play area saying that we had to leave due to the tickets that we bought. It was absolutely insane and nobody will pick up the phone. I have been trying to call them several times I have left several messages. This is insane. Charging me four months for just a few hours on the floor with my grandchildren. If they look at all the times that we’ve been there, they’re just gonna see that one visit.

Our little guy had so much fun at this place! It was very nice for him, good price and the snacks were great. Definitely recommend it. I would recommend they pay attention to the restrooms when they have a lot of people as they can get messy very fast with so many children. But overall a great place.

I left SkyZone for this place last year. Defy was fantastic; last year. This year, we came back to Florida at the beginning of September and WOW this place has gone down the drain. The zip line has been broken for months. No excuse! You can buy a 30 kilonewton zip line pulley on Amazon for $35 and free shipping. The airbag high jump has been broken for months. The dodgeball court has been broken for months. The staff says they’re waiting on parts. I can order parts for my trampoline and receive them in a week. The swinging arm machine has never worked. Which was fine when everything else was operational. The rolling slack line thing has been broken for months. Two weeks ago, they ripped out all the free lockers and installed this tiny self-pay locker system. The staff is always up the kids butts now. On the super tramp section they now have a sign up that says a staff member is required for this attraction. They stop you from using it but they have two people at the register and no people in line. Unfortunately this place has become a dump and it’s quite apparent that the monthly dues aren’t going to maintaining the place. In addition, all the ownership cares about is adding dollars to their bottom line. Well, that’s the catch 22. When you don’t take care of your customers and facilities you won’t have customers’ money to add to your bottom line. *** Update *** Today, they’re adding several hundred dollar toy claw machines to the second floor and still have all the broken attractions as previously mentioned. *** Update October 2024 *** They’ve removed ALL the aerial silks, the small trampoline walls are still closed and there are several items in disrepair. You have staff standing around all day; doing absolutely nothing. Bathrooms are gross, the water faucet doesn’t work.
