Fun place for kiddos and adults to burn off energy. Was about $30 for 90 min of play. A lot areas were closed down. They evidently have new owners so they are in the process of remodeling and making it fun again. They have a Halloween bash on October 26th, kiddo can wear costumes and fun activities for them to do They do hv ay snack bar and pretty clean restrooms. They have couch areas for parents to observe. The employees are young and seem very UNInterested in being there. Overall it was a fun day.

Wow, what happened?! Obviously a name change, I figured paint and some things inside would change a bit but largely expected everything else to stay the same. But this change has tanked this fun place! We went on 09/13/24 for a birthday. My family and I have visited Defy probably 5 times over the last year, so far from being regulars but visit often. I felt bad for the mom throwing the party, this was their first (and last) experience here. There was ONE extremely frazzled worker supervising 100-150 crazy kids, most without additional parental supervision. This poor worker would alternate between opening the zip line, high jump and general floor supervision, with kids yelling at her, tattling to her, complaining to her. She was visibly/verbally frustrated by some of the kids and constantly looked on the verge of a profanity laced meltdown (and for good reason, those kids were really not nice kids that night). There were a lot of things closed and/or roped off. Whether it be for repairs or changing to be consistent with Sky Zones brand was a toss up. The Wipe Out style jump area has been closed even when it was Defy, but there was also a large hole in the ground where a crash bag used to be (only roped off), a purple trampoline closed with cones that said Danger (narrowly stopped my autistic child from going on that, unsure if it was truly a danger as it appeared fine), no employee stationed at the swing or trapeze, there are missing tight ropes and cloth swings. There was a guard in a bullet proof vest wandering around, a couple people staffed to work check in and a couple others running food. There are mats tearing away from equipment and at least 1 really soft spot in the plywood flooring by all the back trampolines that seems about ready to collapse. My friend was charged a full price party despite renovations and/or repairs occuring or even being told about them in advance (these are expensive parties). She booked the party for 6:30 but upon arrival was told that her room wasn't available until 8:30. When she said her party was booked for 6:30 she was told the kids jump first before they get a room and that's the way it always is here (but that wasn't communicated to her at time of booking). I didn't recognize any staff from prior visits so I assume it is all new staff, there's obvious issues since they were definitely understaffed. Sky Zone, you should have just closed for a couple weeks while you rebranded/transitioned as opposed to being open under dangerous conditions. Between the repairs/renovations and lack of staff to help supervise for safe play I'm surprised there were not any injuries while we were there. You got lucky! Or maybe not since we all sign the waiver upon entering...

My son took some friends for his birthday celebration (he turned 13) and they had sooooo much fun! The drinks and snacks could be a little more exciting. The fries were dry like they were a bit over baked. But my son ended up getting an unlimited monthly membership!

This was our first time here. Saturday at about 10:30am with 3 kids between 7 and 14 years old. We purchased 1hr play time. You need to have grip socks and they cost about $3-$4 each person. Signing up initially is tricky but the staff was very helpful. It was not so busy that we couldn't have fun but there were several people there. More when we were leaving. I liked that they had places for parents to sit and lost of staff around to help if needed. It was a great experience. The kids got more exercise in 1hr then they got all week and it was fun. There was so many different things for them to do. They talked about it for hours afterwards. We will definitely be back.

I wish that I had read recent reviews before returning for what will be our last visit. Half of the attractions have been removed or are broken. Foam pits are deteriorating and get in your eyes. This was an awesome place to take the kids, but I can't say it's worth the high ticket price now, or that it feels clean, let alone safe. Unacceptable for a children's entertainment space. Super disappointing.
