We went on a day that wasn't busy for the little leapers time. It was great that the little ones didn't need to worry about bigger kids running them over. The facility is a bit dirty. I understand the trampolines and some of the obstacles courses are tougher to clean but some tables were dirty, walls were dirty, bathroom was dirty as well (even in the morning). Overall, it's a good time but I think 60-90 minutes is about all the time we could spend there.

Booked a party room, was over booked & had to wait 45 minutes longer than the time we were scheduled for. Teenage staff doesn’t care about anything. Standing in groups talking while tables are dirty floors sticky. Asked them to wipe off the tables that had dried sticky pop on the table & floor. They brought 1 wipe & acted like they didn’t know how to wipe a table. We received 5 minutes notice before we had to be out of the party room, but they forgot one of our pizzas so we had to wait to eat make us late to open presents, eat cake & ice cream. Got the 5 minute notice as we were passing out cake. This place might be fun to just jump, but would never book a party room with them ever again!!

Brought my daughter and her friends on a Friday night. It turned out that the main trampoline was being worked on and unusable. I hadn’t been informed before I paid for the jump time. I sent a message to management basically saying it would have been nice to know that beforehand, and they responded by sending me 4 1-hour jump passes and a $100 gift card to make up for the issue. Nice to see a company take care of their customers like that!

Got to go during the day for their "Little Leapers" time for kids. Parents are free so we went for two hours with the kids. What a great experience for them and for us! Hardly anyone there and so much to do that we rarely shared an area with other people. The place was really clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and you can't beat that price for 2 hours of fun for the kids. We hope to make it a habit of going during the winter. What better way to treat the kids?

I do recommend they retrain their staff on enforcing the rules of the park. I get there is an inherit risk that comes with going to these parks but a child that was repeatedly breaking the rules and double bouncing other children caused by son to break his tibia today. (We saw him do this to multiple other children after my child was hurt and we were trying to assess the extent of his injuries). A staff member was standing there “supervising” this area and either watching this child do it and not enforcing that it’s not allowed or she was ignoring her job and not paying attention to what was going on. Either was not a good thing. Previously visits have been fun though. This one with the lack of rule enforcement though gave me a bad vibe.
