Sky Zone Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Ocala, Florida, located at 2400 SW College Rd. As a part of our Theme Park Directory, we aim to provide local users with a comprehensive overview of this indoor recreation center.

The environment at Sky Zone Trampoline Park features various jumping areas suitable for different ages and activities. One review mentions a dedicated toddler zone for children aged 1-4, which also conveniently offers massage chairs for adults (at an extra charge). The facility is also noted for its accessibility, with a ramp available for wheelchairs and strollers to access the jumping area, and an extra-large handicapped stall in the bathroom.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park offers services such as general admission for open jump sessions and the hosting of birthday parties. One customer who attended a birthday party described it as "amazing" and highlighted that children 2 and under are admitted for free. Socks are required for jumping and are available for purchase at $4.99 per pair. The party rooms are reported to be spacious, accommodating large groups of children and their parents.

Features of Sky Zone Trampoline Park include a variety of trampoline-based activities. While specific details about all the attractions are not provided in these reviews, the mention of a toddler zone indicates age-specific areas. The positive feedback regarding birthday parties suggests that it is a popular venue for such events. However, one particularly negative review detailed an experience where a family with a severely autistic nonverbal child was asked to leave shortly after arrival due to the child occasionally removing his socks (a sensory issue). Despite the family's attempts to comply with the sock policy and explain their son's disability, the owner reportedly insisted they leave and initially refused a full refund, ultimately only refunding for the autistic child. This incident raises concerns about the park's understanding and accommodation of individuals with disabilities.

Currently, there is no explicit promotional information in these reviews other than the detail about children 2 and under being free and the cost of socks. For any specific promotions, discounts, or special offers, it is recommended to contact Sky Zone Trampoline Park directly at (352) 304-5050 or +1 352-304-5050.

As a listing in our Theme Park Directory, Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Ocala offers a range of activities centered around trampolines, with specific areas for toddlers and facilities for birthday parties. While some visitors have had positive experiences, particularly with birthday events and the toddler area, it is important for potential visitors to be aware of the negative experience reported by a family with a child with autism regarding the park's handling of disability-related issues and adherence to their policies. We recommend contacting Sky Zone directly to inquire about their policies and any accommodations they may offer for individuals with special needs before planning a visit.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I have a 12 year old severely autistic nonverbal son. Jumping is his favorite thing to do. We arrived paid $150 for our family and it was maybe 25 minutes before we were asked to leave. My son is very clearly autistic. We understand the policy of the socks not an issue. But my son does get sensory overloaded so he was taking them off from time to time. When he did this we would put them back on. One of the workers came up to us and told us he had to wear the socks. We stated we knew, expressed our son had autism and we were doing our best to keep them on and would continue to put them back on each time he removed them. He seemed fine with our response. Literally a few minutes later the same employee was staring bullets at us talking on his walkie talkie. Next thing we knew the owner comes running up on us and told us we had to go. We asked for a refund and he told us no. We said your kicking is out and we havent even been here for the 90 minutes. This continued back and forth and he finally agreed to refund but only refund our autistic son. That made no sense I told the man he's severely autistic it's a sensory thing he has a disability it's not intentional. This man word for word said "If you knew that you shouldn't have brought him here". What kind of human being says that?! I'm really upset I thought for sure this could be a place he fit in and enjoyed instead I left crying embarrassed and just in shock. I could even understand if we were making no attempt to put his socks on or keep them on but that wasn't the case. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and you could see on their faces they just didn't know what to do as the owner acted this way.

We attended a birthday party here and it was amazing. The kids loved it! Children 2 and under are free. Socks are $4.99. There is a toddler zone for ages 1-4 with massage chairs (extra charge) in front of it. Genius! The party room was much bigger than other places with party rooms. There was plenty of room for 20+ kids plus their parents. There is a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers to get to the jumping area. And an extra large handicapped stall in the bathroom.

Good place to get the kids energy out the day before we flew back home. Was clean and not very crowded on a Tuesday afternoon.

Absolute failure of owner, management and staff. We have a 12 yr old severely autistic son and upon arriving spoke with every employee explaining our situation they reassured us it's ok and we continued My son has a sick sensitivity so we have to put them on 100 times. But out of no where the owner as I was informed rushed at my son as if he was going to escort him out until I interviewed. This is at the almost halfway point of 90 min play time the owner says he's calling the cops if we don't leave and will only refund my son's cost. Very rude and disrespectful telling me if I knew my son has an issue don't bring him out it's ok shyzone we nor anyone we speak with will reference you in a positive way or place worth visiting.

Great place for the kids to get their energy out. Great exercise, great fun, tons of exciting trampoline experiences. They also do birthday parties. Conversion stand is a little pricey but that's to be expected.
