Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Very clean place. Great maintenance. Staffs are really nice to kids. They really watch kids for any accidents may happen. Cool atmosphere. Kids love here so much. Recommend burning kids energy.

Bathroom had no soap which is disgusting. The kids that work there don’t seem to care or understand what customer service is. No smiles, no greetings, no help during a kids birthday party. Take a look at the speakers hanging from the ceiling, they haven’t been dusted since the place opened under a different name previously. Think anything else in that park has been cleaned?

We went there for just paid entry this was honestly such a disappointment, for our 10 and 14 year old. We went there on a Sunday afternoon and was the most smallest area this space seemed only for younger kids so most of the time they just sat and stared at there phone. This place should honestly be much cooler and there’s our locations that are much better than this! Don’t waste your money at this place!

Not a good experience. The front desk is not handling it properly. I have checked in at 8:30pm and asked for basic plan for 90 mins and the guy denied it said we will only give 2 hour which is $30. I told, are your sure because only 90 mins left and your want take more money from me when you know I am not going to use 30 mins . But I had to agree with him and bought it because you know we are driven from our kids desires and these guys literally take advantage of that. He then sent me for the waiver which had 14 checkboxes, seriously? And then after 5 mins when am done with the waiver and waited to be called upon he picked up some other guests and when I asked to set me up, the other guests interrupted me saying that they are waiting. Really, I was asked to go for a waiver and I was first in the line which made the situation little awkward. It left me only 75 mins. Front desk should have managed that well but no, they are so disappointing. Never coming back and don't suggest or recommend especially after 8:00pm.

This place has gone down hill since SkyZone has taken over. They have half the amount of staff, the bathrooms are terrible, and multiple attractions are broken ( half the silk ropes, the rock wall and the trapeeze) and they have no intention of fixing it. It’s a shame because this used to be an awesome place to take the kids or have a bday party.. but who wants to spend their money on a junky place?
