Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Took my son for his 11th birthday with 6 of his friends. They had a blast. They jumped and played for 2 hours straight. When my son got home, he slept great.

The kids always have a blast even now that they're older. They still have a good time jumping. If they're not used to it ....try only an hour first. My kids are usually pretty tired after that. I gave it 4 stars bc they only have paid water and the concessions are pretty costly.

I am a bit more concerned with this and then go with a great idea that it's going into it for either of the fun map or something. A lot more people don't think people should get into it for withdraw y? Whatever is going? I'm going with them huh and it's mystery

We had our son’s birthday party there & the jumping was ok. The teenagers working didn’t seem to want to be there & were mostly just on their phones. There were very few games & they were not even good games. Now my main problem was the food. They served us 2 burnt pizzas & watered down soda in a small pitcher. I paid $300 for an hour of jump time, 2 burnt pizzas & 2 small pitchers of watered down drinks. When we mentioned the pizza looking burnt on top & doughy or not done on bottom they were very rude & said even if they remade the pizza it would still be like that. The manager also mentioned he had other people complain about the pizza but they still ate it. Not only that but when they brought us the pizza it wasn’t even cut, we also didn’t napkins til we asked for some. The only thing the manager (I use the word manager loosely) did was take $18 off the bill for the pizzas. This place want worth a fraction of what I paid. My son was so disappointed. We will never be going here again & I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money here especially on a birthday party. The rudeness & don’t care attitude from staff was horrible. Most of the staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones or speak to anything but their ear pieces. Worst experience I have had. We will just stick to going to Adventure Landing from now on & we will definitely stay away from SkyZone
