Been wanting to go and finally made it. Very very nice concept. Wife and I had a very pleasant time. We did the Spo-Cha for three hours and there was so much to do. Staff was very helpful and on top of everything. Round 1 on the first floor had so many games, tons of claw machines. The bar was a nice set up and drink prices were very fair. Definitely look forward to going back.

It's a really fun and enticing place but the crane games (which take up a significant amount of the arcade) are near impossible to win only because the pillow they use instead of the prize (you exchange it for the prize) is way too heavy to be carried by the crane without dropping it. We landed probably 20 perfect grabs (we had about 900 credits) with even more that were looking good until it reaches the top where it will ALWAYS shake out of the crane. We won many other prizes from games that didn't use the pillows and not a single prize from the ones that do. The cranes that use pillows are a scam, considering it's almost impossible to win since the crane is not capable of carrying the pillow to the chute. I would recommend avoiding those machines. Otherwise fun place, I suppose.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. At first my wife and I went in with two children. Most of the place was dead and no one there. We didn’t put two and two together until later in our entertainment. The play area for kids was meant for kids over the age of 6. The skating says all ages but no you can’t get small toddlers in skates. After spending time upstairs we went downstairs to have dinner and my wife and I had a alcoholic beverage while downstairs eating and bowling, bowling you have to pay for the bowling separately too.. We went back upstairs to play the arcade games and we were told we couldn’t go in there because we had a 21 year older wrist band on. Wow unbelievable we literally just wanted to go in and let the kids play games and couldn’t and we paid for the unlimited. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and we will not be back

They are charging adults full price plus the child price just to have their child play in the play place. It was already expensive just for one child, $34.99 I believe it was. But you have to sign in as an adult to accompany a minor, and it was going to cost over $70 total just to have one child play. This is illegal to charge for services that a person does not want or does not receive. I guess this would explain why there are never any kids in the play place and why the free kids place right outside the Round 1 is full of kids. This is just straight up poor management right here. There's no reason why you can't just charge the one price for one child and that's it. Other than that, the prices for everything downstairs in general is absolutely absurd. $50 will not get you even 2 hours of play time, even while being extremely conservative in your choices, and not playing constantly. The food is not very good and takes too long to get. The workers have no training and no customer service skills, don't even bother talking with them unless you want to experience rudeness. 0 out of 5 stars. They tried to rip my sister off at the prize counter too, and they were very rude to her. I don't appreciate this.
