The attention to detail in the design was impressive – every clue, puzzle, and prop felt thoughtfully integrated into the theme. The puzzles were challenging but not overwhelming, offering the perfect mix of critical thinking and teamwork. Each solved clue gave us an adrenaline rush that pushed us to tackle the next challenge. The game master was engaging, offering just the right amount of hints to keep us moving without spoiling the experience. What really stood out was the creativity behind the storyline. It felt like we were living inside a movie, and the hour flew by as we raced against the clock to escape. Whether you’re an escape room veteran or a first-timer, this experience is a must-try. We’re already planning our next visit! 10/10 - Highly recommend!

My family and I played through the Trixie's Tavern Trials escape room to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time! The room was pretty spacious and wheelchair accessible, which I appreciated as a wheelchair user, and it was very well themed. The cozy fantasy vibes and aesthetics were immaculate. The puzzles were fun, creative, and challenging without being overly difficult or convoluted. We escaped the room with about 2 minutes to spare. Our game master Kira was friendly, nice, and very helpful. She gave great hints when we needed them. The lobby was also spacious and well-themed, more so than any other escape room business we've visited so far, which was cool to see.

We had an amazing experience at Sure Lock Escapes in Kent for our work event! Nathan, Steven, Lis, and the rest of the team were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The puzzles were fun, challenging, and thoughtfully designed, really pushing us to collaborate and problem-solve as a group. It was such a fantastic bonding activity, and we left feeling more connected as a team. We're so excited to have this gem of a business in our area and can’t wait to return for another escape adventure!

SO MUCH FUN! Challenging with being too difficult. Trixie's Tavern was well put together and Immersively decorated. Staff was helpful and fun.

This place was honestly amazing. I love the attention to detail and the immersive storytelling everywhere. There was a side quest, fun puzzles and feeling of accomplishment. Kai was an amazing game master and was very helpful and fun, they brought the whole experience even more life thank you I would recommend to anyone.
