Had an absolutely amazing time here!! I’d like to personally highlight the employees Aj, and Amy. You two were absolutely amazing! Wonderful customer service, so kind and attentive and really made my night. Give them both a raise! I’ll put some money on it 😂 My family had a blast and We will be back. The drinks were amazing! The atmosphere was nice! And I tried something new by going on the zip line! Thank you for the experience. My baby loved bowling and the vr experiences.

This has been the best place to visit! I live in Little Rock and I make sure to come here anytime in town. The vibe is amazing, the service is impeccable and the food is a must! Bartender Shawn is one of the best. I also asked for a manager to inform of the amazing service. I was greeted by Kevin. He was absolutely one of the most helpful and genuine people you will ever meet. Please come to Surge and experience what good service should be.

Waited 45 minutes to order food since kitchen was closed. Barely anybody in restaurant. Ridiculously overpriced arcade and bowling (45$ per hour for 1 lane; regencies of each game 3-4$ a play, several ranging to 10$) half the games card swipes are not working or off. Other than that it was okay experience. If you want a good hour in arcade want to bring around 100$ a person.

Immediate turn off! Walk into the establishment on a Saturday night with the family to eat and have some fun. The waitress said she could not take orders for 30 minutes because they did not have the baskets and items to serve the clients. There is no one at all sitting in the restaurant!

Loved surge. We went on a Thursday night during spring break. We purchased the Thursday special with 1hr of bowling, shoes, pizza and drinks. The employees made our visit so much better. They were very nice and pleasant. Not long into bowling the 1st round, a fresh piping hot pizza came out. Overall we had a lovely time. 1 star subtracted because the app wouldn't work in the building or the parking lot so we couldn't do the 20 game card for $10 offer. We're a family of 6 so we like to get the best bang for our buck.
