Environment: The Boardwalk provides a refreshing escape on hot summer days. Its integration within Hersheypark is a significant environmental feature, offering seamless transition between dry rides and water attractions. While described as "relatively small," it is considered a clean and well-maintained facility.

Services: The Boardwalk offers a variety of water-based services and amenities. These include locker rentals, with the Tidal Force locker area noted as spacious with ample availability. Dining options are available, with The Shoreline Grill (beer-battered fish) and East Coast Burger Works (burgers) mentioned as decent choices, though wait times can occur. Features: The Boardwalk boasts several water attractions, including multiple single and double tube slides, a water coaster (best experienced with others), and a lazy river with both regular and comfortable seated tubes. The lazy river's temperature can be quite cold at the beginning of the season. The wave pool is a good size for swimming and relaxing, with waves that are not too overwhelming. The park tends to get busy in the afternoon, so arriving at opening time is recommended to enjoy the rides with shorter wait times.

This water park is ok. Try your best to not have to buy from their shops. This is a relatively small water park but still has plenty to do to have fun on a hot summer day. I do like that it's in the park. So it's nice you don't have to leave the main park to go to the water park. The water rides get pretty busy right away so your best bet is to go there right away and get right on some rides. The lazy river has gotten new tubes since the last time I was here two years ago. They're nice sitting tubes. The lazy river is very cold at the beginning of the year though, the wave pool is also very cold. I unfortunately broke my sandal while here and had to buy new ones but they sell any non flip flop sandals in either shop in my size which is a very common women's size shoe. All the sandals were size 10-11 in women's sizes which is nuts because that's much larger than the average women's size so I had to buy water shoes. The shop also doesn't let you try anything on and everything is non refundable, so I bought my son a $50 bathing suit that ended up being way too large. It'd be nice if they at least let you exchange it if you just bought it for another size. The food in the water park is pretty decent with the beer battered fish from The Shoreline Grill or the burgers from East Coast Burger Works are both good options but be ready to wait for those.

I had a great time at the waterpark today. I arrived at opening time and was able to get situated in the locker area then get on all the single tube slides within an hour. Unfortunately, I was only there by myself, so I didn't get to experience the water coaster or two other tube slides. However, they all looked like a lot of fun. I also went in the lazy river, which has a selection of regular tubes or seated tubes. I preferred the seated tubes, as they were more comfortable and allowed me to relax and enjoy the ride. The river also had a good amount of water coming down in places to get you wet, which was refreshing on a hot day. Lastly, I went into the wave pool. It wasn't too crowded at all, so I was able to swim around and enjoy the waves without feeling jostled or pushed around. The waves were great and the pool was a good size for swimming laps or just relaxing. I also ate at the waterpark restaurant and had some chicken tenders and fries. They were okay, but nothing to write home about. The park started getting really busy around 2 or 3 pm, so the earlier the better if you want to avoid the crowds. I would also recommend the Tidal Force locker area, as it is spacious and has plenty of lockers available. Overall, I had a great time at the waterpark. It is a clean, well-maintained facility with a variety of slides and attractions to keep everyone entertained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and refreshing day!

We rent a cabana once a year in The Boardwalk and can not recommend it enough! Incredible amenities, views, and perfect for hot summer days. Among my favorite cabana features are instant access to the lazy river, concierge service with an exclusive menu, and that the cabana area is limited to only cabana guests. The beach bag with towels is such a nice touch, as well! An included locker helps to secure your valuables. All of those things and more make for a very comfortable and happy day relaxing. Definitely highly recommend cabanas at The Boardwalk at Hersheypark!

The boardwalk is the waterpark section of Hershey Park. I like that there's lockers everywhere and despite a crowded day, you can still find a locker. It's expensive though, $18 for a small locker and $25 for a large one. but due to very limited benches, it's worth getting a locker. My tip for you is to bring a small bag because large lockers run out quickly and it's usually small lockers that are left. My other tip is if you are bringing a stroller, beware of the steps up to the wave pool. There is not a stroller or handicap ramp, and I saw tons of families struggle to bring their baby strollers up and down the steps to get to the wave pool area. There are shoe stands every few blocks to let you store your footware for free while you go swim or do a water slide. The lines for the lazy river and water slides can be long. On a crowded day you can wait up to 2 hrs for a 30 second ride. There are food stands and burger restauranrs every few blocks, and also small stands for drinks. I really like the cold coolattas at Dunkin Donuts. There is a healthy food stand right outside the wave pool if you are vegan or seeking healthy options.

I highly recommend getting a cabana if you have a group, it's pricy (can been $500 to $600+ depending on when) but feels tucked away from the rest of the park and you have quick access to the lazy river. There's a dedicated grill place that has pretty good food and drinks, you can either mobile order or someone will stop by to take orders. My family gets one once a year and it's really nice to have a landing spot to take a break from running around the park. The waterpark itself is nice but can get crowded especially on the weekends. Go early if you want to grab a spot since chairs tend to fill up fast, and I highly recommend getting a locker.
