The Escape Room Indianapolis

Excellent experience for all our students. BOTH TEAMS WON!! Great way to activate a team with and brain building exercise! Thank you so much to a great staff!! Great memories made for this 8th grade class!

I recently attended the Escape Room in Indianapolis and planned to propose to my girlfriend during the event. Matty helped me out from the very first phone call to set everything up and was our game master while we were there. He made me feel so confident that the plan was going to work out and he was beyond accommodating. This was the biggest day of my life so far and Matty made it happen so smoothly. He helped us every step of the way and even added time to ensure that we would make it out so that the proposal could happen. I really can't thank them enough or put into words just how accommodating the Escape Room was for their help. If you have a special event or just want a fun night out with friends, head to the Escape Room and ask for Matty!! His personality, enthusiasm, and kindness is so refreshing. Thanks again for helping make such a special night a huge success

Our guide Josh was absolutely amazing at explaining everything to us since it was our first time. we did Jailbreak and it was the perfect introductory challenge I feel for anyone new. He was super attentive and all his hints felt perfect as in they didn’t just “give” the answer, but did a very good job at still leading to the right answer. super fun time for any sized group and I definitely can’t wait to go back!

I had so much fun here. I'm new to escape rooms, but I love puzzle games, and I play them in VR all the time. This was my first experience in a physical room. My family and I tried the Space 2112 room. It was so difficult! We didn't escape it, but our guide told us we literally only needed 5 more minutes. There were a few elements that were a little worn and didn't work properly, but our guide was gracious enough to give back a minute or two due to the mishaps. This is one the most difficult rooms so if you don't want to use your brain, don't try this one! I can't wait to visit Indy again because I will definitely return!

I had a party of 10 people, and it is pretty embarrassing and socially insensitive for the welcome host to raise her voice and tell everyone in the lobby that we cannot participate because the students didn't have a waiver on file. With other families behind us, I came up to her and, in a low tone, asked her what we needed to do, and she yelled that no one can go in without a waiver. I understand this, but I didn't need the students that were in my party, other families, and other guests in the lobby staring at us as if we did not adhere to the protocol. This was a diverse group, and my students understood that we'd run into a "Karen." Yes, it was a teachable moment for the group of students, and I expressed that I had prepaid, but if that had not been the case, I would not spend money where I was being talked to as if I were a child. I also needed a little clarity on the link, and in a belittling tone she said, I sent it to you already. If it wasn't my daughter's birthday, I would have turned around and left. The first time I came, I had a wonderful experience, so I thought that this would be fun for them, but I know I will never come back again.
