The play factory was just OK with a 4 years old. Even though this is a big place there are only 2 main modules as well as a climbing wall that did not seem to be operated. For 5 usd, can't really complain and will probably go back in the future. The staff was really friendly - could do a bit better on hygiene. 2 of the 3 hand sanitizers were empty and even though all the kids had socks, most parents didn't.

Great place for kids 4 to 7 years old! There's a brand-new inflatable bouncy house with slide and a completely updated climbing / sliding area. For older kids, 3 super fun rock-climbing walls. Younger kids can climb the rock walls too, but the 7 and ups particularly love it while they strive to climb up to the very top! The Play Factory at Desert Ridge is a great way to spend a half-day out of the heat! The two young men working there are super nice too!

The location of the Play Factory was convenient, the staff was great and helpful. The children loved the rock climbing wall and the candy store. This place was a great party experience for our friends and family. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the establishment. I would recommend this place for a child's birthday.

This place is great for young children to run off that extra energy. Indoor play places are hard to come by as technology has taken over. Toddlers get a discount on Tuesdays and have a separate area from the big kids. There is also a snack bar and beverage station. Definitely recommend. Don't forget to bring socks as they are required! If need be, they do offer socks for purchase at the front desk. Have fun!

My husband recently just posted his review on here and I as well will like to leave a review and share my experience at The Play Factory. On a daily basis I love it! The toddler area is perfect for my 1 year old and the owners on nice; also the place is usually clean. Because of our normal " good" experience here, we decided to throw his 1st birthday party here. And I hate to say this but the customer service was terrible and it seems like the Play factory just wants to make a buck out of you! First, we originally told we had to pay $150 for the party package which covered the admission for 5 toddler friends and 6 balloons ( our party wasn't a private party) ... that's it. Toddler admission is usually around $6 and half my sons friends would've been free anyway since they can't walk yet. The price is a joke and doesn't add up. On top of that, we had to pay for food separately and the only place they allow catering is California Pizza Kitchen. We placed our order a week ahead and 2 days before the party they called us saying our order request for a dairy feee veggies pizza for my son who's allergic to dairy, didn't work out. We changed our order and come the day of the party, the pizzas were literally the size of a personal pizza. I wanted to bring my own food but they said that'd be another $100 fee even though on a normal basis they allow people to bring their own food free of charge. Customer service was blah. At the time there was 2 young men working who were on their phones the whole time. We had to ask them to bring out water pitchers, bring out plates and utensils: things that should've been done not asked. When they did bring out utensils, they gave us 5 forks for 15 people. With our package they said they were going to have a party host and good bags and neither happened. When it was time to pay, they charged us $200 even though we already put down $50 of our $100 we owed. Food was $45 for the three tiny pizzas and the rest of the fees didn't add up. Definently calling a manager or owner tomorrow. I was severely disappointed.
