DO NOT COME HERE !!! Jump time wasn’t until 4pm arrive 20 mins early, they said we couldn’t wait inside of building unless we paid $100 for a table because we are causing traffic, when no one I repeat no one but us and one party was in the building but the manager wanted to be a jerk over 20 mins waiting .. take your party elsewhere or hit the lottery then come here !!

Came to top flight for the 1st time this weekend for a bday party. I do Not recommend this place and do not plan on going back, even if someone else invite us for their bday. I’ll just convince them to move it. One of the staff members was extremely rude to the kids yelling “you can’t be up there” the kids were climbing up the 45 degree areas. The kids listened and no longer went to the top but they did continue to jump and hangout on the 45 degree trampoline. She came back screaming “get off get off” I asked her nicely, what area are they not suppose to be on so I can clarify for many reasons. - 1- to make sure they follow the rules so no one gets hurt -2- they way she was screaming was so rude it was killing the vide and honestly scaring the you the kids -3- the lady was bigger and would try to run over, I thought she was going to tumble and get hurt. When I asked her, she heard me looked at me and kept walking away yelling don’t climb up there. Another parent from a different party went and asked her the same thing and she blew her off the same way, just yelling. The rules from the tv screen they have on a loop clearly gives a thumbs up for jumping on the 45degree area yet the kids were getting yelled at. To be clear , she didn’t ask or tell them nicely. She was rude and condescending. If she can’t handle the public and talk to people she shouldn’t be in the service industry, especially for happy occasions with children. I can say for myself and the parents from that other party we sick of the lack of service. These places will be dropped just like many other places that lost their service - radio shack, farmer jack, rite aid etc etc. She needs to learn from the biden administration that the public won’t tolerate stupidity any more.

This was our first time here for my child’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the manager was super sweet and welcoming. Our host, Madison, was incredibly polite and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. The gentleman at the front desk was also fantastic! The facility was clean, and they set up my child’s party beautifully. Most importantly, my child had a wonderful birthday! Great customer service is everything to me, and this place truly delivered. Highly recommend!

I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party there yesterday, and it was so fun the kids had a blast not only that but I would love to give a big shoutout to our party host Kenyia! She was so kind and made my experience 100 times better! She made my kids feel comfortable and I wish I kept the paper at the end to say how much she helped! Overall 10/10 will definitely be coming back for my sons birthday in may 😊

I took my kids to Top Flight Trampoline & Game Park to celebrate their good grades, and we had an absolute blast! The facility was clean, well-organized, and filled with upbeat music, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all ages. My friend and I joined in on dodgeball and basketball with the older kids, and it truly made us feel like kids again! The setup is fantastic—comfortable couches for parents, a well-organized wristband system, and a clean, designated area for coats and shoes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
