Ultimate Escape Game Atlanta

I had an amazing time at Ultimate Escape Game! We did the Atlanta-themed escape room, and it was pretty challenging, which made it a lot of fun. It's perfect for date nights, birthdays, or any special occasion—you’ll definitely have a memorable experience. The were super friendly and accommodating, which added to the great atmosphere. If you’re running late, just give them a call, and they might be able to adjust your time based on availability. I also found a fantastic deal on Groupon, which made it even better. Highly recommend it!

I had my son’s 11th birthday party at this location and they had an amazing time! I booked the room with Kayden who was so awesome, patient, knowledgeable and worked with my budget. He was thorough and able to answer all of my questions during the booking process. When we arrived we were greeted by Casper who set up our party room and got the boys started with their escape room. He was so fun and silly with the boys so he made them excited to get “submerged”. Very thorough instructions and very helpful with any questions the parents had. Although the boys did not escape they are very excited to come back soon! I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Been a few times and every game has been great! Went last night with my daughter and even though we did a late weekday game and we were the only/last customers that night, and the game keeper was sure to want to get out early, he was still extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. Didn't rush us, wasn't annoyed with us, did an amazing job with scares/clues, etc. He really made the night special and didn't make us feel as though we were a burden for ruining his chance at leaving early! Thank you Kasper for a memorable time. We appreciate you and your positive attitude, helpful manner, and just overall kindness.

*no spoilers* This place is awesome! We had a team of 4 and had reservations to do amnesia. We had so much fun and KP, the guy who seemed to be running the show, was a phenomenal help. The atmosphere and attention to details were great. We can't wait to go back and try to do another one!

We came here because we saw the other reviews and the word ultimate in the title sounded promising. I would not ever recommend it, it’s very lazily put together and the staff doesn’t care enough to do anything beyond bare minimum. The clues didn't even work and our attending staff member kept trying to hide it lol. Maybe we went on a bad day, but everyone in the waiting room was also peeved by the operations of the business.
